“Nice”

First time staying in this hotel, and although I did not get the king bed like I was booked to through Expedia, the hotel was nice, I liked the spa options and the breakfast buffet was very rich with the eating area is airy and spacious which gives you a nice feeling of almost eating outdoors.

Villa Rotana Apartment Hotel was excellent in its category. I would not hesitate to come back to it. Their breakfast (included in the room's price) was excellent and generous. Location is close to train Business Bay station, and not far from famous shopping malls, and Khaleefa Tower (the tallest building in the word) and its dancing fountain.

“Nice getaway”

Nice hotel. Close to metro station which gets you to all major attractions with 10 to 20 minutes. I recommend it for couples who would like to get away for a weekend, and for business travelers who are sick of traditional cubical-like rooms.

“Nice hotel in Dubai”

The hotel was in a good location for the purpose of our trip to Dubai this time. It is a bit of a challenge to get off of Sheikh Zayed to the hotel if you are headed northbound (towards the airport) if you don't know the city. The rooms were comfortable and the service was as expected. The gym is very good and the pool is nice but might be a bit small and crowded if the hotel was busy with guests that use that kind of thing. I was a bit surprised that there was a charge for the internet. The weekly rate was not too bad but many hotels in the area no longer charge for it.

“Waste Of Money!”

The 2 hour wait for check in was ridiculous. Apparently the room was not ready and we ended up waiting till 5pm to get one - that to after we demanded to meet with the hotel manager and after a few angry words from us, he conceded to upgrading us to a different room. The staff at the reception and restaurant was inattentive and slow. The hotel itself is nice enough but definitely NOT good value for money. I would not recommend it - there are so many better options in Dubai.

“not impressed”

the rooms are too far from the elevator and the view is not nice at all from the windows ...the bathrooms are not upto the standard, i don't like the color and type of bathrooms... i requisted to get a room but the staff were not cooperative to give another room ....
