I had stay there a few times and each time the services are great, staff very helpful and friendly. I will defiantly go back.

Center for everything, shopping and restaurants are near by also they have a free shuttle to Dubai mall.

“worthy of what you paid”

Villa Rotana Apartment Hotel was excellent in its category. I would not hesitate to come back to it. Their breakfast (included in the room's price) was excellent and generous. Location is close to train Business Bay station, and not far from famous shopping malls, and Khaleefa Tower (the tallest building in the word) and its dancing fountain.

“Great hotel in a great location”

The Villa Rotana is a small hotel within walking distance to two metro stations. It's about a 20 minute walk to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Close to the hotel are two supermarkets. My single room had a small kitchen area. The breakfast buffet was very good, slight changes in the food selection each day. The Rotana chain is an alcohol free chain, so no bar. I would stay here again on my next trip to Dubai. The hotel staff was wonderful!

“The best hotel we have visited to date.”

As frequent visitors to Dubai my family and I usually try different hotels each time to contrast and compare: we shall not next year but instead stay once again at the Villa Rotana. A clean, quiet and well run hotel the quality exudes from the staff, some of the very best we have experienced from all our visits to Dubai. One in particular, Anas, was outstanding and typically perhaps in Dubai he is worth his "weight in gold". The hotel is very convenient to the new metro system that proved to be the most comfortable and cheapest way to get to most of our destinations. Should you decide to use this hotel, trust me you will not be disappointed.

“Very impressed!”

The hotel is reasonably priced and conveniently located next to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. It is also within walking distance from a metro station. The food is great and staff are very friendly and helpful.

“Going back often”

I go to Dubai every 3-4 months on business. My company puts me up in the 5-star hotels next to Dubai Mall. But when I want to spend a few days on my own dime, this is the place for me - close enough to be convenient, and even better since the Business Bay Metro station opened, priced right, great breakfast, great staff service, clean & modern, and right next door to a big grocery store & pharmacy for all the essentials we want to pick up. This last visit (Oct, 2010) I accidently left my laptop in the room when I checked out. Within 30 minutes, the housekeeper had found it and the front desk called me to make arrangements to get it back to me. It was held securely at the front desk until I could pick it up later. They were ready to run it to the airport to catch me before a flight, if I had needed that. They've got my loyalty!

“My all time new Dubai favourie”

This is my all - time favourite hotel in Dubai now. The staff and facilities are excellent, the rooms airy and bright, the gym and pool on the roof brilliant and it is in a great position for getting about. I have been to lots of hotels in Dubai because I live in the UAE, but now I refuse to go anywhere else but the Villa Rotana. But I want to keep it a secret........

“Villa Rotana Rocks”

Thats what my kids said! We loved our stay at Villa Rotana.Its location and size were ideal. And our accomodation was great. The best part was the attitude of the staff...polite efficient and knowledgable. We are surprised to actually have no complaint at all.

“Great place, wonderful value!!!”

I chose villa rotana on the recommendation of my friend who had stayed there before. i also saw the reviews on the site before finally booking on expedia --- pay for 3 and get 4 days for the suite. it is a wonderful place, great location, quiet and not noisy --- only the view from the rooms is not so great. the room service is top class and good quality of food too. recommend this place to everyone and will surely go back there when ever i get a chance

there is marzaya shopping centre, safestway and some other doughnut and ice cream shops around the hotel.
