“Good Spot”

In an area crowded with hotels and streets a bit confusing, but near major boulevards and the Al Rigga subway station. Lots of fast food and ethnic restaurants nearby.

“Good value for money, very good location - proximity to metro stations”

* honoured early check-in request without asking for any extra money. made me wait for an hour, but it is fair. * very nice location in Deira, not far from airport. Most importantly just 2 minutes walk from nearest Metro station - Al Rigga. The next station is also just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. ideal for those who want to explore the city using the excellent public transport of Dubai. - a little difficult to locate for the first time. nearest landmarks are Taj Palace Hotel, Shangrilla Hotel. * very nice room, clean, and pleasing to eye. request for higher floor, as per the management, the night club on 1st floor could disturb in the night. i was on 7th floor, and didn't feel even a bit of it. * breakfast could be a little better, the restaurant is a little small, gets crowded when the hotel is running high occupancy. * nice and helpful staff, though i would request you choose sight-seeing on your own. their tie-up is not that great, and costs you a little more.

“Typical three star hotel”

This is one of three star Dybai hotels and you should not expect more or less. Having said that I booked double bedroom and on arrival was upgraded to suit, which was quite nice. Locationis not bad either, near shopping center and number of good restaurants.

“Good Budget Option”

All was quite satifactory. There is a nightclub on the first floor, and I was on the fourth and only heard the faintest sounds of the bass which didn't disturb my sleep. For the price, this was a good option. Location is central, near a metro station.

“dubai airshow”

Be sure and stay on the 6th floor any closer to the 2nd bar and you'll regret it. Also no cab drive in Dubai can find this place, you'll have to tell them your near the Taj Palace to ever get there. The breakfast buffet is interesting to say the least and the staff working the buffet aren't the friendliest. The hotel front staff was very friendly and helpful. FYI there are no flatscreens in the rooms like they say.

“VERSAILLES HOTEL DUBAI - MY EXPERIENCE”

Room vacuuming not good in corners near bedside tables. Towels need replacing as they have a 'grey' look when they should be white! Or get a new washing machine and change the soap powder! No tea-making facility in room. When a jug was requested, it was not available. No insect spray available to spay for a buzzing mosquito so I had to go out and buy a can. I thought internet was available free but it was at additional cost which was way too high. Around the corner at internet cafe, cost was less than half. Reception staff were unfriendly and not terribly helpful, whereas other staff were very nice. Buffet breakfast was excellent! Overall it is a good hotel that just needs attention to some aspects.

“Don't expect too much.you get what you've paid for”

I stayed here in April 2012 for 2 nights.ill be very honest.Taxi drivers dont know the hotel-not surprised so many hotels in the area.Easy solution-print the map of the hotel location beforehand so you can show a driver:) Hotel is located in quit central,walking distance to 2 metro station( it is do easy to use metro in Dubai-highly recommended).first of all,the hotel is old but still in resonably good condition.The hotel is clean also the swimming pool area is well looked after.i had breakfast included -nothing special,very basic.The wifi Internet is possible to buy 1hour 10dirham. staff try to be very helpful sometimes way to pushy.Last thing, a lot of Russian in this hotel. This hotel is ok for the value.juat don't expect too much.

“The Hotel is pricy for what you get.”

The Hotel staff made the effort to make you feel welcome. In my opinion, the location of the Hotel is central and practical for business people. Be aware of incidental charges, internet connections and others.

“Not the Palace Versailles!”

Dubai is very expensive and especially so at Eid muslim holiday. I was lucky to get this hotel at this price so all in all cannot complain. However, the staff were soemwhat curt and unfriendly and the breakfast was highly rudimentary cheapest possible! The room had little atmosphere or character but was adequate. It is convenient for the centre of Diera which is quite a nice area so one can walk to many nice places like the Creek etc.
