Contray to what was advertised this hotel is now 5 minutes walk from the beach apart from this the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel has easy access to all major attractions - the metroline is only 3 minute or so walk away from the hotel.

“Nice place good location”

The hotel is nice and clean, in the stretch of midtown Dubai. Even if you do not have a car, metro is very close and there are a few restaurants in the area. Service is good. I had the rotana club, which I think is not worth the money, with the exception of the breakfast at 24th floor with very nice view.

The hotel is very well located and has easy access to taxi which can be a real hassle in Dubai. Good price/value relation in a city were hotel costs can be crazy expensive

Except a few minor disappointments the hotel is fine. We signed for a three-nights deluxe package that includes deluxe room, two double beds, breakfast, airport transportation, free internet access, and a club membership. We ended up with a single king-size bad, one bathroom robe, single pair of slippers, and a side-room facing the apartment building fifteen feet across the alley. The club membership (free drinks) was superb, with the lounge on the twenty-fourth floor and excellent service. It was definitely worth it. Transportation to the hotel was very efficient. At the Dubai airport look for the Rotana desk. They will arrange the transportation. Make sure you don't get the side room facing the apartment building across the alley. Have a breakfast at the second floor restaurant rather then the club lounge. It has better food selection.

“Delivered what it said on the label”

Arriving late from the airport the reception delivered a profesional service along with the room service. Breakfast the following morning maintained the same and left me delighted with my choice. My thanks.

“good for business, or a central locale in Dubai”

We stayed here for three nights over a weekend - it was the best priced hotel I could find west of the downtown that was still close to the malls and Jumeira. But, still expensive for a weekend when we just wanted to relax. Reserving early really helps; I waited and the price jumped way up when I didn't buy a week before. Service is amazing, and views on the north side of the coast are well worth paying extra for it. The window in our room (on 18th floor) had a bay where we could sit or lie and just take in the view, pretty cool. And the pool and jacuzzi are openm 'til 11pm, with a bar. Reserve early!

“Nice but expensive”

The hotel was undoubtably nice but was was almost twice what I would expect to pay for this type of Hotel in most big cities in the world.
