My husband and I went to Dubai strictly for pleasure and pleasure it was. Everything was great from the staff, pools, info on local attractions. A bit of a drive to most touristy stuff but great for relaxing. All restaurants except pool restaurant are suit and tie so we didn't eat there much but much to eat nearby. Great bellmen, always happy! Good lunch by the pool!

Loved my stay at the Fairmount! Our room was upgraded when we checked in. The suites are very nicely decorated and for the most part clean, the only thing negative thing I have to say, was there was a questionable stain on the settee in the bedroom. The food at the breakfast buffet and pool side lunch was delicious and the staff was very professional and courteous. I would definitely stay there again while visiting Dubai!

“Excellent 5 star Hotel”

Really impressive 5 star hotel. Conveniently located on Sheikh Zayed Road, so good if you don't want to stay near the beach. Really nice restaurants and huge rooms. Very friendly and attentive staff. Would defintely stay again.

First stay in Dubai, hotel is located in business area, not a problem, taxis cheap and plentiful. Hotel is geared for business travellers, we were on a lads jolly. Service was excellent, they couldn't do enough for us. Thoroughly recomend. Not for family getaways.

Fab hotel if you are there on business but we were on holliday and there was a lot of conferences going on People were on their mobile phones talking buisness all the time even in the pool and the relaxation spa- this was very annoying Very pricy to eat and drink but near to plenty of less inexpensive places Staff great nothing too much trouble

we had a fantastic time what a beautiful hotel situated only 10 mins away in a taxi from the shopping malls. the hotel staff are very welcoming and care for all your personal needs. the restaraunts are fantastic and are set very well in the hotel.

Staying at the Fairmont Hotel was one of the best features of our trip. From start to finish we were treated like royalty! The staff were overwhelmingly friendly and knew our names. The hotel service was prompt and to the highest standards. The food was delicious and had a wide variety at the breakfast buffet which was nice as we are vegetarians. We stayed in a king sized deluxe suite which was definitely worth the extra money - fantastic for families. The location was also great - it took 15-20 minutes via taxi (which are easy to come by in front of the hotel and relatively cheap) to most toursit locations inc the Gold Souk, Jumeriah Beach, Mall of Emirates. We would all highly recommend staying there and would stay there again next time too.
