“Perfect for my needs”

I only stayed one night so did not have chance to sample all that the hotel offered, however, from what I did see, I would return. Check in was efficient and simple. I had pre-paid with expedia and the reception knew that so there was no confusion or discussions to be had. I were only asked to provide a 100Dhs deposit which was returned promptly next morning. I had booked a single room, but was allocated a 2 bed Apartment which was great - had I not been travelling alone. However, whilst I was in the shower, 'housekeeping' i.e. several men, let themselves into the apartment and locked the second bedroom, presumably to stop me using it. I was disturbed, went to see what was happening and, got a poor explanation as they beat a hasty retreat. This Episode troubled me for several reasons. 1. The hotel had allocated this room at their choice, not mine 2. They did not warn me at any time that they would then lock the second room 3. They let themselves into the apartment with no warning whilst I was showering. 4. Had I had anything in that room I would have lost access to it. 5. Had I been a single woman, it could have been upsetting to find several men in my room with no warning.

“Great hotel at worth the money for sure”

Outstanding hotel! From what I have read, the sudios are very small the 2 bedroom rooms are absolutely great, 4 bathroom, dining room, kitchen, one king bed and 2 double beds, all very confortable, etc..... Again outstanding!

“NOT GOOD & NOT 5 STAR”

This Hotel should have been a 2/3 star hotel, this is not a 5 star.. Very small rooms with smll bath rooms. No Bar. Great Location but thats it.

“Big rooms, not so great service”

When we drove up to the hotel the first words we were greeted with were, "it's 20 Dirhams for parking." This is not the way we are welcomed to a 5-star hotel. After that, even though we had reserved and paid on Expedia for 4 adults and 2 children, they tried to charge us extra for the children. After a heated discussion, they upgraded us at no additional charge. The room was lovely and enormous. It was clean and had a spectacular view of the Marina and Palm.

“Highly Recommended Hotel”

The Tamani Marina Hotel is a very nice 5 star hotel and as all the extra's one would expect of a 5 star property. It's added feature was that the suite's have a fully loaded kitchen, where one can cook as they please. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location was only 5 minutes from Jumeriah Beach and the Marina. I would definately stay in The Tamani Marina Hotel again.

“Not recommended at all.”

I was offered extremly small/narrow room;floods in elavators;no basic things offerd in the room hair dryer,water ,napkins etc.;far away fom the city

“OK HOTEL, GOOD ACCOMMODATION, BAD POOL AREA”

Hotel is average. I had Two-Bed apartment, which is incredibly spacious which was great....except the bathrooms which were quite small by comparison. Decoration was good although some parts of the apartment could do with a refurb. Good Tv's, one in lounge has dvd which is helpful. Room was clean. Kitchen had dishwasher & washer/dryer. Gym is decent size with good equipment except the treadmills/bikes were tempremental. Indoor pool is nice, outdoor pool is small with few sun beds, i dont think you'd get much sun there anyway due to the skyscrapers beside it so i had to go outwith hotel for that (which adds costs). Staff friendly & helpful. On the last day of my time there was a massive water leak which put the lifts out of order & we had to walk up & down to the 21st floor! inconvenient but understand for safety reasons they couldn't allow lift operation, not anyones fault, just one of these things but it has put me off the hotel a bit...staff did everything they could & were efficiently working on it but it just seems poor. Also at this time there is alot of construction around this hotel, not noisy atall, just views of cranes etc. Its basically a good hotel for accommodation, lots of space but not great pool for those who like to sunbathe. If you get good deal i'd say go for it but dont pay over the odds, or you will be disappointed. Location is good, 10mins taxi to madinat/wild wadi & 15mins to Atlantis or mall of emirates.

Dubai fountains, located on lower ground floor of the Dubai Mall....right infront of the Burj Khalifa Fountains start at 6pm & come on every half hour - it is spectacular. As is the Dubai Mall, shopping heaven & sega world kids will love.
