“best hotel location”

Hotel room is very big. Its a small studio with kitchen and very clean. The reception has starbuks coffe shop. Resturant is clean and nice. But most important advantage of the hotel is the location. Metro station is just out side the door. There is a nice mall infront of the hotel. There is two big supermarkets and a pharmacy next door plus a gift shop and great chineed resturant clos by. Its called "2000 resturant" Bottom line hotel is worth the cost. Location is just perfect and clos to airport. U can use metro from airport to the hotel. No need for taxi at all

“Comfort and convenience”

Our time in Dubai was aimed at relaxation after a hectic but wonderful holiday in Turkey.We are a couple in our early 60's, fit and active. We were so lucky with our room allocation, maybe because we were staying 5 days, because we were given a 6th floor corner apartment which was so comfortable. The convenience of the Reef shopping mall just across the road enabled us to stock up on food and beveridge supplies after we checked in at 22.00. Aahhh- a sleep in and a late breakfast, heaven! The close proximity of the metro station made for easy comfortable and cool access to the many areas of Dubai including the souks and numerous shopping malls.We found an overall sense of friendly, helpful assistance in Dubai by the inhabitants and the Reef Metro staff were the same but so much more with their consideration and concern. We have no hesitation in recommending this accomodation to fellow travellers.

Very large rooms with everything we could have wished. Staff very friendly and helpful There was some construction outside the front but of little distraction

“Last Stay in Dubai”

The hotel itself is very nice. The first room I had was not clean, it is due to be remodeled and should not have been rented out. When I requested another room I was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite which was lovely. The pool area is great - large pool, decent gym, spa services available. The restaurant is good with a great buffet and the wait staff is very accommodating. However the front desk staff is less than enthusiastic. There is a new senior staff who should be able to make improvements. Customer service really does impact a persons stay. Overall the lovely rooms, complete with kitchen, two baths and a very comfortable bed made for a nice stay in my latest stay in Dubai. It feels like a home away from home and I would recommend this hotel. I stayed in mid November so it was fully booked. The weather in Nov is great.

“Not impressed with service”

I requested another room at hotel service desk. Request denied.
