the welcome was great, everyone is willing and eager to take care of your needs, i got sick in the middle of the night and they had someone go to a 24hour pharmacy to get me want i needed for relief, i travelled in with a newborn, i was well accomodated with my demands (boiled spring water, etc). take marked taxi.

“Lovely Hotel ...BUT....”

Typical great standard Sheraton. Great rooms and buffet evening meals BUT it is a long way from anywhere. So saying, taxis are still very cheap in Dubai and it only costs about 3-4 pounds to the creek. HOWEVER if you are trying to get to the other side of the creek in either rush hour, it could take a long time!

“Most Friendly”

If you are an unmarried couple travelling to Dubai, finding a hotel is the most difficult thing to do. The locals ask for "papers"!!! Sheraton Deira was most accomodating plus the service was superb and the rooms were outstandingly well-maintained. Kudos to the staff...

Very clean and staff very helpfull and polite.

“Relaxing accomodation”

The hotel was not far from the centre of town and very cheap taxi fares to the Gold souks etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. As we were staying in a Junior suite it was wonderful to use the executive facilities for breakfast and the use of a computer for 1/2 an hour a day included. The rooms are all sound proofed from inside and outside noise.

“Great Hotel”

It was only a quick stop hotel for me but it was definately worth the money. Very nice decorated hotel, great service and specially great In-Room dining menu. It has a very nice pool. I recomend it to everybody.

This hotel is situated near everything. Plus i like the promenade in front of the hotel. You can go for a walk and very safe.

The staff was great and incredibly helpful. The rooms are great & very large. Also, the nightlife in the hotel was a very welcomed surprise. My best hotel experience in Dubai.
