“Awesome as always”

The Radisson Blu in Deira continues to be one of the best hotels I've ever had the privilege of using in my travels around the world. The staff is always professional and can make on the spot adjustments for unplanned events. The food and entertainment is second to none. The whole experience reflects good management and training to insure that customer service is their main objective. Thanks as always, Ralph

“Fantastic hotel”

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic from the get go. We stayed in Dubai a few nights and had no problems at all with the hotel. My sister and her husband even got upgraded to a superior suite! The staff were kind and professional and the rooms and amenities were beautiful. The hotel is very close to Union station which makes it handy to travel anywhere in Dubai. It is also within walking distance to the souks. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to travel to Dubai.

“Excellent Hotel”

A beutiful hotel in the old part of Dubai.. If you like the new Dubai you are a little taxi journey away.. The service in the hotel is first class with great choice of restraunts and bars.. The staff are wonderful. If you get this hotel at a good rate for a 5 star, I would recommend it 100%.

No complaints at all, especially as my stay was during Ramadan. Service was top notch and friendly. Food was superb. Free internet.

“A fantastic hotel with great service”

This was our frist trip to Dubai and the hotel really made the holiday. All the staff were so curtious and helpful they could not do enough for you. The concierge desk helped us with our trips and even checked our flights home. The food and service in the restaurants were of a high standard and views from the cocktail bar on the 10th floor were stunning. We can't wait to go back.

“Dubai Stay”

This hotel was excellent. It was very clean and the service was fantastic. When you ordered room service it was delivered within 25 to 30 min. The food was excellent. The prices were reasonable. It was rated a four star hotel but it should have been a five star hotel. The people there were very nice and courteous. I will be back there to stay again. There were alot of activities going on at this hotel.

“Execellent hotel and service”

This hotel was fantastic, good location. Hotel room was clean, well presented, good service that you expected for a 5 star. I can not find any fault to say about the Radisson. Recommended the massages in this hotel, my party of three was equally pleased. Dubai should be experience by all.
