“Radisson SAS Media City, Dubai.”

we arrived well before the normal check in time and the staff were so helpful to get us into a room, as we had an appointment within an hour of arrival. Excellant customer service from all the team !

“Good deal for the money”

Business class room rate was very reasonable compare to many expensive hotels in Dubai. Also, hotel is fairly clean and modern compare to may other older and scary looking hotels located in downtwon Dubai. Location (Media City) is slightly away from Dubai attractions but if you take taxi on weekends, you can go to anywhere in short period of time and not expensive. Staff members were very attentive and kind. Breakfast was great, and business class room rounge had wonderful selection of free alcohol, soft drink, and food! We had a wonderful time with the New Years Eve Gala, and watched beautiful fireworks (of Atlantis, Burj Kalifa, & Burj Al Arab) from the roof top terrace bar without hussling with massive croud!! The only complaint will be odd design of shower wall which was not blocking the water, and we end up using all available towels in the room every time we took shower.

Must see

The wold tallest building, Burj Kalifa with it's impressive structure is very popular, and should book about three days in advance. If you want to get on same day elevator, you have to pay about four time more higher fee!

“Nice Hotel!”

“Great hotel but don't trust the concierge.”

Can't fault the hotel but took a map advertising the four wheeled drive safari and enquired at the concierge counter. pointed to the map as to which company we wanted, prices varied from around 165-180 AED. The concierge asked if we wanted to put the bill on our room charge and we agreed. I spoke to another passenger in our vehicle regarding how excellent the safari night is and price to which he said he had paid 175AED. On checking out the next day there was a bill for 500AED for 2 people for the safari. I explained to the concierge and front checking that there must be a mistake in the price. The staff were very unhelpfull and didn't care. They have cards all over the hotel and rooms saying how if one is not sattisfied with anything in the hotel they are very happy to assist sorting it out. Throw them all in the bin guy's, What a fat lie. I have told lots of people and will continue to tell anyone never to stay in a raddison hotel ever.

“Interisting city”

It is the largest shopping mall in the world (the city wide). Expensive but interesting. February it is a good month to go: good sales and good weather.

Dubai has several downtown, so it is difficult to judge if the venue is convenient because that depends of the activities anyone wish to do . The hotel is in the way out to Abu Dhabi, in Media City, near to Internet City, and 40 minutes from the airport (in the other extreme of the city). The hotel is in a business district, and any attraction like malls, movies, etc. is the nearest 15 minutes by car. The services and the promotion I received was good. I recommend the hotel specially to a business people.

“Comfortable hotel in convenient location”

I stayed in the Radisson Media City for 5 nights. Although it is a hotel geared towards business users I would recommend it for those taking a short holiday in Dubai who are not too concerned about being next to a beach. Very clean and comfortable, good value and in an easily accessible, convenient location.

“Prima hotel vlakbij strand en marina”

Radisson Blu Media City ligt in nieuw deel van DUbai. Vlakbij strand, palm en marina. Het is een prima hotel met alle luxe voor een korte stand/stadvakantie. Mooie kamers. Goed ontbijt. Cool dakterras met cocktailbar. Leuk zwembad. Waar voor je geld.
