“Good Hotel”
Centrally Located, with Free Shuttles to All major Malls.
“Very pleasant experience”
My husband and our 2 kids stayed at the Novotel (Trade centre) for two weeks. Although we arrived before the check in time, Mr. JOASH OBIRI at front desk reception was very helpful by offering us the room within less than an hour at no additional cost, it really helped us since my our 6 year old was not well and was on antibiotics. As for the rest of our stay, we have absolutely no complaints about anything. The rooms where very clean. the staff where all extremely friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel is fantastic and the shuttles where very good as well. The staff at the pool are also very helpful. We would, therefore, like to recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of staying there and we will certainly go there again.

Very good 4**** Hotel in a very good and modern location, with nice services, very clean rooms, friendly and professional personal, shuttle services(free) to major Dubai atracttions, very good food, breakfast, room service excellent, outdoor heated swimming pool, good bar services. Very very good hotel
“Lovely new hotel, exceptional service”
The hotel is very new and all the fittings are clean and glossy. It was perfect for us, much cheaper than a beach hotel, but close enough to enjoy downtown easily. Staff were great, as they all are in Dubai. Not great for families with young children though as the pool is a uniform depth of 1.4m - not ideal if the kids aren't great swimmers. Aimed at the business user, but a good deal for families.

A perfect hotel for business and / or leisure. Great amenities and super location. Would definitely stay there again.
“DXB WTC”
Dubai is a vast metropolis. The hotel was convenient for the Metro which opened last year and is not too far from the Airport. Use Dubai Taxis as they are very cheap. Alcohol is expensive so look out for hotels that are doing Happy Hour 2 for 1's. Hotel restaurants also tend to be expensive if you are a family of 4 like ourselves. Places like Pizza Hut were very good value though. (Meal for four with soft drink £15) Wild Wadi is a good day out but again it aint cheap. (£37 per person)
“most excessible place in dubai”
the hotel is predominently a business hotel but my wife and myself we gave it a try on our christmas holiday,the hotel is of good quality,the rooms are spacious and has all basic amenities, we had not taken the breakfast,but the room service had good options,the hotel is centrally placed for going to any side wether going for siekh zayed road,dubai marina or towards bur or deira dubai
“Nice comfortable stay, definitley go back again.”
The hotel was nicely located between Jumeirah and Dera, good facilities although only two places to eat seemed a bit limited. Pool was adequate but no shallow area for Kids. Service was very good and the staff all round were welcoming and helpful. Room size was smaller than expected for a twin room but still good. Best of all the Price was very reasonable for overall very good, clean facilities.
“Five Star Facilities at affordable prices.”
Excellent Room interiors with a fantastic view from the higher floors. The only complaint is that the reception or the concierge never pick up the intercom because of which our checkout was delayed and we missed spending time at the duty free. Tip of the day... Dont wait in the room to inform the reception and bell desk about check out. Just pack up an land up at the reception.
