“Better the first time”

The Moscow has great food and good service. The first time I was there I had a great time. The last time however the entire hotel smelled like paint and the gym and pool were closed. The bar down stairs has a 1000.00 derham charge for a table that is also something new. 1000.00 detrham is 360.00 dollars and you git a table the size of a large pizza with 3 stools.

“Stay AWAY from Tolstoi bar.”

You can get much better placed for better rates than this hotel. Most of the staff there are zombies with no interest in their guests. The Russian bar Tolstoi, in the lobby, should be avoided at all costs. You can't sit down in peace and have a drink. Random Russian girls will come and push themselves upon you to buy them drinks. When you say no, they'll still try and purchase something and put it on your tab. I ran into one of those issues when the bill came up. I refused to pay and the host/manager, some young Russian girl, was completely uncooperative. I had to report her overly rude behavior to the hotel management. The above incident is one of many little nuances that came with that place. I won't even begin to elaborate on their horrible wifi services and the charges. I'm glad I moved out and got myself a much better place.

“Moscow hotel is a public house”

Poor customer service, very expensive, everything is for sale, no greetings at all, even no thanking. I will never again spend a peny in this hotel. That's why I did not see there business people, couples and families. The place looks like a public house. Prostitudes all over. It was very awful.

“Not Impressed”

The outside looked pretty decent. The lobby was ok, nothing jaw dropping. It was pretty smelly with cigarette smoke. Once we finally checked in and got the keys, the room had an open window and a couple of cigarette butts on the window ledge. The bathroom needs to be remodeled. I reported the open window that first time along with another 4 times later. They never seemed to check that up to see what our complaint was. We ended up slamming the window to see if we could close it and we did. I dont think they truly cleaned the room, my nephew ate some cookies and had crumbs on the floor our entire stay. Breakfast was included but was not impressed by it at all. It was an experience to say the least but I will never return nor recommend this hotel to anyone else.
