“Average for Dubai”

The hotel is very new and therefore clean. The restaurants are pleasant but very exensive and I think in comparison to other hotel restaurants not justifiably expensive. The pool is lovely but I can imagine in peak season not big enough to accommodate all it's guests. There is no obvious private beach area which was slightly disappointing and if you would like a lounger on the beach you have to pay the hotel for one which seems a little much. The pool and gym staff were lovely and friendly. The concierge and restaurant staff were, at times, a little blunt but perhaps their keeness to be super efficient was misunderstood. The hotel itself lacks soul but as it is so new this may change over time. It is in a good location and near some nice restaurants. I would stay here again but perhaps for only one or two nights rather than anything longer. There are so many fantastic hotels in Dubai I think it needs to catch up a little.

staff were very friiendly and helpful, the only thing to criticise was that room service was very slow

“No Liquor License”

Nice location, however we checked in and then found out the hotel had not obtained its liquor license yet. I was on holiday and expected to be sipping drinks poolside and enjoying the bar. I mentioned this to the management, that I should have been told before I booked, because I would have surely stayed at another hotel. They were indifferent. Pool did not have near enough lounges or umbrellas and the mini was barren. Nothing in it. I found out later it's a new hotel, but still for the prices they charged I expected more.

“you pay for what you get”

I would never stay in this hotel again. Very very unorganized, food was the same over and over. I stayed for 20 days and couldn't bear to eat the same food as their is no variety. They have no security, they let children run the hallways and was extremely noisy. I called several times and their was no response. The shower flooded 3 times and they knew some rooms have defective showers but failed to do anything about it for days. Literally the whole bathroom flooded and I almost broke my neck. Everything in this hotel is a hassle! Limited restaurant, limited gift shop, and no one seems to know where to direct you if you need anything.
