“Enjoyable stay”

I stayed for one night. Hotel was very elegant, clean and right across the street from a great shopping mall. Highly recommended!

“Great New Hotel”

It was our first time to Dubai, the the staff at the IBN Battuta Gate were fantastic, very helpful and courteous. Some small niggles that were to be expected but nothing major. We ate in 3 of the 4 hotel restaurants and found the food to be excellent, not cheap, but it is nice to have good food available on your doorstep. If you want a cheaper, quicker alternative you can cross the road to the mall where there are many fast food options. The private beach resort on the Palm was good and we made use of the free shuttle almost daily. If you like steak, the restaurant here (West 14th) is also very good. The 5 minute walk to the Metro is useful for travelling further afield, although most of the time we took cabs as they were so cheap. All in all a very enjoyable visit, my only disappointment was that they charge for wireless internet. £20 per day or £70 per week I feel is an unnecessary fee for a 5 star hotel. Would be very happy to stay again.

nice new resort was there only 1 night check in was great rooms were nice big flat screen tv. tub. fast wifi nice bed located in the middle of a shopping walking street that is closed to all autos so must walk to resort look for big gold sign its at both ends of street with the shopping stands and a very big tv screen on the side of a building its the closed sreet between mall and walking street. that big tv didnt turn off till midnight right next to my window but who is tring to sleep here at midnight when the nightlife is in full swing hotel ordered me a car for return to bkk nice car same price as taxi from bkk great security at front door didnt use any other service at hotel

This hotel was so good really 5 star hotel but the problem was that the hotel is listed as a VIP hotel for Expedia and I did see the special treatment from the staff .Because I came early before the time for checking in and they should corporate with me because the Expedia site say that.

The hotel is brand new, just opened. Personnel are always very welcoming and willing to assist you. Rooms are clean, the hotel itself hosts several hotels, almost attached to the hotel there is the Battuta Shopping mall, which is very nice. The hotel is located in an area where there are other amenities/attractions, so you will need a taxi to rich any other place you want to visit, but it will take 10 minutes taxi and never more than 8 dollars.
