“Enjoyed it lots!!”

I wasn't sure what the hotel was going to be like, but I was pleasantly surprised. Good hotel, good location and very helpful staff

“Great location”

The first time we've stayed in Bur Dubai, and this hotel is in the ideal location. We were up on the 22nd floor, spectacular views. Breakfast was fine, plenty of choice. For the price we paid we got a real bargain!

“Pleasantly surprised”

We booked this hotel at the last minute. I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. The service is what really made it. They provide free valet service for your car, porter service for our luggage, and helped us up and down the front stairs with our baby stroller every time we left and came back. This may be routine at some hotels, but not the ones we can afford to stay at. The people were all very nice and helpful. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but very workable. They have huge closets and a nice tub/shower. We ate at the British pub there. It was tasty, but overpriced. Within walking distance is a Spinney's grocery store which has a great selection of food.

“Great place to stay!”

The room's are very modern looking, very clean, very comfortable. I have stayed there several times throughout the past three years and I have never been disappointed. The prices are good if you order through expedia, just if you plan to stay any extra nights past the time you booked already go back into expedia and book more. If you don't and let the hotel book you it will cost you atleast 100 more dirhams. Everything really is good there and as I travel through Dubai for the next 3 more years I will always call that place home.

Getting there

From the airport just pay the cab 50 dirhams - that is all it should cost to get you there.

“a really good deal hotel”

This was a great hotel to stay in we booked 2 deluxe rooms and on check in got one upgraded tpo a suite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff and service was great by 4 * standards and the breakfast was comprehensive. Rooms were well sound insulated and clean, air conditioning worked brilliantly, and the service if you had a problem was almost instant. Overall a good deal if you only want to go for 4* instead of 5.

“Vegetarian food”

very good size family suite for a family of four, staff lack basic training and appear to be rude,too much stress on little ways to charge you for services and breakfast good for non-veg but no choice for vegetarians.

“Will never recommend to anyone again”

Reception attendance was really horrible and unfriendly. After being told internet was complimentary like in most hotel, they charged an outrageous amount at check-out. This is my third and the last time in this hotel and i thought using the family suite would make a difference but became a big nightmare.

“Amazing Deal!”

Staff is extremely helpful, and there are tons of shopping malls around the area. Fairly close to the airport, walking distance to Burjman mall and eating joints. Excellent place, I would definitely go back. Deluxe rooms are more comfortable than standard room.

Bur Dubai, Amazing food, shopping, everything is close by. Diera is dirty and crowded.
