“FANTASTIC HOTEL”

Kempinski Mall of the Emirates is fantastic hotel, check in was great with no complications infact they let us in much earlier than we had booked, the room was grand deluxe which had seperate lounge area with flatscreen tv/dvd the beds were super comfortable, all of the staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean. The pool area is on the small side but its still lovely & the spa is amazing. The location is within mall of the emirates which is a godsend as i love that mall. I wil definately be returning to Kempinski Mall of Emirates.

Was everything we had hoped for! Friendly staff! Concierge was excellent! Very neat, clean hotel! Loved that we could just walk into the Mall and to Ski Dubai.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days... When I checked-in, they gave me an upgrade from the deluxe room that I booked to a grand deluxe suite, plus they gave me a Dhs150 voucher that I can use in their resturants... The staff were very freindly and helpfull... I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff was extremly nice and helpfull with all questions. The room was unbelievable. It was cleaned any and every time we aske for it and wasnt when we didnt want it. It was very cool to look out my bedroom window and see the ski slope and all the kids playing in the snow. If you get a chance to stay here I would recomend the Ski Chalet.

“Fantastic Hotel”

This was my 3rd trip to Dubai and having read the positive reviews I decided to book in at the Kempinski Mall of the Emirates. The Kempinski is the best hotel ive ever stayed in. From the moment we walked in we received the best customer service. The staff at this hotel just cant do enough for you and it has a very spa like feel which makes the hotel feel extremely comfortable. Our room was better than expected with a large bathroom and a great view over the pool area. The leisure club is also great and little touches like the cold towels and fruit kababs in an afternoon by the pool just adds to this exceptional hotel. I would most definately recommend this hotel for all types of visitors and I will most certainly be hoping to go back to the Kempinski when I visit Dubai again.

We received a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite. Excellent and attentive staff. Very convenient to local attractions and shopping.
