“A great stay”

Joined my daughter and her husband at this hotel for a shot break. We had a wonderful time. The staff are lovely, they can't do enough for you and certainly are the main reason that we will be coming back. The hotel, though not the most magnificent on the walk was certainly in the best location. The only downside to the holiday was the cost of everything. If you eat in the hotel restaurants be prepared to pay mega bucks.

“Will definitely be back!”

The best location being on the Walk and having it's own private beach, an extremely high standard of service throughout, although the rooms are a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Cleaning of our room was very thorough and much attention to detail. Staff were very attentative, very helpful and very friendly. All in all, we would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return, it would be our first choice!!!

Area recommendations

Would highly recommend the Marina Bay part of Jumeirah Beach area for choice of restaurants and cafes on the doorstep.

“brilliant service,friendly smiling staff esp Richard and Krish. Briliant location will go back again”

We ariived late at night and were checked in speedily and efficiently. Lifts speedy and never had to wait. Rooms excellent with enormous bed! Pool and beach extremely good and plenty of pool attendants and waiters to serve drinks. Although breakfast was expensive was well worth money as big variety and plenty of food would last you until evening meal. Didn't try restaurant as so much choice around on The Walk. Taxis inexpensive and definitely go on Desert Safari (can book through hotel beforehand) Can't recommend highly enough and would definitely go back

Jumeirah and The Walk althoughold town around creekv intersting and defintely go to the mosque for informative and intersting informaion on culture of UAE

“Could've stayed longer at this hotel”

With only a 2 night stopover booked we couldn't have been happier with our choice of hotel - our main aim was to relax by the beach with just a trip around Dubai via a tour bus or as it turns out a hop on/hop off bus which was excellent and stopped just outside the hotel. The hotel staff, in all areas of the hotel, were excellent. Not even the smallest of enquiries stopped them from being very helpful and they certainly all got a big tick of approval from us. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone v isiting Dubai.

“Very nice comfortable hotel great location”

Very nice comfortable hotel with great location on the walk with shops ,restaurants,it has it's own private beach with sun beds etc ,the rooms are very nice ,with tea& coffee making ,iron&board,hairdryer everything you need for a great holiday,the staff can't do enough to help we had a great holiday there

“great hotel, great location”

this was our first time in dubai and hotel hilton, loved the hotel was kept clean and staff could not do enough to help. room was cleaned every day and towels were also changed daily. we were also left water every day free of charge. kettle for tea and coffee any time was also free location was excellent right on the beach and also had a nice pool if you didnt want to go to the beach did not actually eat in the hotel so cannot comment would recommed this hotel and would love to return anytime

“Impressed : " Can't wait to go back "”

We had a wonderful experience staying at Hilton Juneirah Beach . The manager surprised us with an anniversary cake . Hotel staff are very helpful. Morning buffet was exceptional . We would highly recommend staying at this hotel . Taking walk along the beach was relaxing .Stores and restaurants are nearby.

“Will definitly stay here again”

I travel to Dubai frequently... by far this has been the best hotel I stayed in Dubai The room was great, the staff very friendly and the perfect location to enjoy Jumeira beach, the vibrant Marina and the many shops & restaurants. They faund out my wife had her birthday during our stay and they did their best to make her day even more special. When we asked for anything - the staff did their very vest to help us - always friendly and obliging. This was our home away from home....

“Nice hotel”

We arrived early in the morning, the hotel is able to check us in early, but the front desk lady wasnt able to keep us inform on time, we have to chase her constantly. Very nice and quite convienient, the hotel provides free shuttle to both Dubai mall and mall of Emirates which is very handy provided the hot weather in Dubai. The breakfast however was little disappointing, not many choices.
