“Hilton Dubai Creek”

Excellent hotel, the people can't do enough for you. Good location, moments in a taxi from the airport, (although no aircraft noise) and a ten minute walk from the nearest Metro Station, (Union Square). The rooftop pool provides a wonderful view over the city. The quality of the food in the restaurants is superb. Just the usual word of warning about prices - everything is pretty expensive - but that's what you expect from Dubai. Do take advantage of the free shuttle bus to and from the Jumeirah Beach property if you can. Makes a nice change of pace. All in all - highly recommended.

“Hilton, Dubai Creek, Best Hotel”

We have just returned from celebrating our Ruby anniversary staying at Hilton Dubai creek, from start to finish every thing was excellent.The hotel arranges a car to transfer you backwards and forwards to the airport free of charge.We booked the Executive suite and had access to the Executive Lounge for free continental breakfast and different refreshments served four times a day, also Happy hour 18.00 to 20.00 free drinks, plus free Wifi.so a good package to go for.The staff were excellent, rooms cleaned to high standard.free bottled water and newspaper, although mini bar in room very pricey, so buy at the airport. Cannot wait to return.

“Highly reccommend staying at Hilton Dubai creek especially the executive package!”

Hilton Dubai Creek made our holiday perfect. My partner and I stayed for one week. We upgraded to the executive package whereby you have an executive room with creek views as well as use of the executive lounge 7am-11pm which includes complimentary breakfast, all day snacks and soft drinks and happy hour from 6pm until 8pm where you have complimentary hot food and alcoholic beverages. This is really worth doing it is excellent value and I reccomend to anyone staying there, The hotel restaurant Glasshouse was lovely as was Issimo bar, unfortunately we didnt get around to trying Verre but I am sure it will be worth it! The hotel in fact everywhere in Dubai is imacculately clean....The hotel staff are faultless everyone from reception, waiters to cleaners smile and says hello when they see you.They cannot do enough to help you. The room staff also made beautiful animals on our bed most days. The hotel is within easy reach of everywhere and taxis are so cheep to get around easilly. The rooftop pool is small and I didnt use it because we used the complimentary shuttle bus to the beach instead which again is perfect. Thank you Hilton Dubai creek for a wonderful stay! One other thing afternoon tea at thhe Burj Al Arab hotel skyview bar is a MUST!

“Great experience”

Hilton Dubai Creek is a smart hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone had a warm welcome for their guests.

“Nothing too much trouble”

We booked 3 nights in an executive room and were delighted with the service we received, the exectuive lounge was availible until 11pm every day where we could order complimentary hot and cold drinks and snacks several times a day. Nothing was too much trouble and all staff were extremely helpful and polite. The hotel is located on the Dubai Creek and we had fantastic views over the Creeek from the floor to ceiling window, as a tourist wanting to get a snapshot of the city and beech areas we felt the hotel was well located and would definately use it again if we return.

“Excellent Hotel Choice”

Have just come back from a 7 night stay - we booked an Executive room. We emailed the hotel and they came to collect us at the Airport, as the courtesy pick up was included in the package we booked. Check in was very smooth, however as our flight got us into Dubia for 6am we had to wait for 1 hour before a room was available but we were allowed to use the Executive Lounge facilities, including having breakfast even though we should not have got our room to 2pm. The room was large and very comfortable with excellent views over the Creek (room 1108). The service in the Executive Lounge was very good and service was always with a smile. The range of food available at breakfast was good, although the only hot food was scrambled eggs, hash browns and boiled eggs. Between 3pm and 6pm afternoon tea was available consisting of a range of sandwiches and cakes. At 6pm a range of canapes was brought out including hot and cold food, plus the open bar up until 8pm. The roof top pool provides excellent views over the Creek. We did not eat at the Verre Restaurant as to my mind it is over priced, however we had a really enjoyable meal in the Glass House - and the food is prepared by the same chef's that work in the Verre Restaurant. Made use of the free transfer to the Hilton Jumeirah Beach - they take you down at 11am and pick you back up at 4pm. Overall this is an excellent hotel and we would strongly recommend it.

“Wonderful hotel”

Wonderful hotel, good location. Pool not the best for kids but the complimentary shuttle bus to the sister hotel at the beach is terrific. The staff are as you would expect from Hilton..exceptional they simply can't do enough for you! The upgrade to the Executive lounge is well worth the money. Would certainly stay again and PS if you can get a Creek view room take it

“First Time Visit and can't wait to go back!”

I've just returned from a short break in Dubai staying at the Hilton Dubai Creek. It was a first time visit for myself and three friends and we had a wonderful time. The hotel was excellent with extremely helpful staff and very good facilities. Very difficult to find fault with anything. We explored Dubai using the Big Bus Tours which was an excellent way to get our bearings and find places we wanted to go back and visit. We particularly enjoyed skiing at Ski Dubai and watching 'Ghost' outdoors, lying on beanbags at the Wafi!. No hesitation in recommending the Hilton Dubai Creek as a good place to stay. Also impressed by all the arrangements booked through Expedia.

beautiful hotel couldn't fault it outstanding staff and although they made a few error's they were quick to put things right, would recommend this hotel
