“Great value hotel”

Great value hotel, large rooms very comfortable beds. Lacks wireless internet in rooms, although free wifi available in the lobby area. Nice pool area on rooftop overlooking Dubai. Close to new Dubai Mall with free shuttle bus service to mall. Breakfast expensive but plenty of coffee shops around hotel to grab a coffee and a snack.

“Right in the Centre of Dubai and Perfect”

Quality hotel with fantastic views from the top floor and a very comfortable matress. Nice swimming pool and gym. Great location 2 minutes walk from the metro station and really easy and cheap to use. Beer is expensive but food is fine, plus numerous food options available within a 2 minute walk of the hotel. Buy beer and wine at the airport by baggage reclaim, It's over 500% cheaper.

“Highly Recommended”

Me & my hubby stayed at this hotel at the beginning of November for 4 nights. As soon as we arrived at 2am, we were greeted at the door. Check in time was about 5 minutes and we were upgraded to a Business Suite without even asking! The suite was huge with a lounge, 2 bed doubles, tv in both rooms and a dressing room with a great view . The location of the hotel is excellent. It is near to most attractions and a taxi to Jumeriah cost us 20 dirhams (just over £3). Dubai Mall is 5 min drive away. Locally, there are lots of places to eat, next door is Nando's & KFC, a few yards away can find Lebanese, Persian, Pizza Hut, Burger King. There is a shop 5 mins walk away as bottled water from hotels is soooo expensive. I would advise the bed & breakfast option. The buffet breakfast caters for all, huge variety but costs 80 dirhams per person per day!! We had bed & breakfast and it was worth it. The view from the 43rd floor is absolutely mind blowing. The bar on the roof is open till 2am and a great way to end an evening. We found the staff very polite & helpful. This building is part hotel & part apartment, I would never hesitate to live here if I ever get the opportunity. :) There are so many things to see in the Dubai & as we were not there long enough we will definatelty return. Dont forget to see the Burj Khalifa (Tallest building in the world), Dubai Mall & Dancing Fountains, Desert Safari, Burj Al Arab, Atlantis Hotel, Palm Island....the list is endless. Ideal hotel for business, not idea for pleasure as taxi ride needed to get anywhere.

“Great Hotel - Would use again few small points overall very nice.”

Good Points - Great Hotel - Would use again - Rooms are great, very clean and fresh. Bad Points - Free Wifi in lobby didn't seem to work. over small point was the parking was a bit frustrating. We arrived late and drove to the front. We asked where to park at the front as the parking was very limited and was told to go round the back, we drove round the back and was asked for our room number ( which we didn't have as we hadn't booked yet!) then told to go back round to the front in the end we found a space some distance away and booked in. We didn;t find the parking staff very friendly or understanding. I think a better solution would be to allow customers to park in the car parking at the rear before they book.

“Great location and service”

During our 3 day stay, the hotel was very clean, service was good, and staff were very friendly and helpful. The location really suited our short stay as it was close to Dubai Mall with lots of restaurants by a lake (with evening entertainment), and a short walk from a metro station. We enjoyed stayting at this hotel.

“Wonderful Hotel”

I stayed at this hotel in early October 2011. The staff were very friendly and had us checked in within 10 minutes. We selected the Classic Room. It was spacious, very clean with an amazingly comfortable bed. The bathroom was slightly on the small side but this was a minor point. Breakfast is good with a decent selection of hot and cold foods to choose from. The staff are all pleasant and keen to help. The swimming pool on the roof top was barely used by the guests as the guests are mainly here on business so you will not find it crowded. The location for our family was ideal especially as we were travelling with a 1 year old. It is a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro which are clean, quick and plentiful. If you want to travel to the Mall of the Emirtates, use the metro. If you want to go to the Dubai Mall travel by taxi. It never cost us more than 10 dirhams I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Wonderful!

“Would definately go back.”

All of the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them and I would definately go back there and recommend it to friends. The view from the pool and viewing area on the roof of Sheikh Zayeed Road is brilliant. It is a good area to be in, easy to reach all the tourist destinations by taxi.

“OK business hotel”

Not a 5 star by any means but an OK business or stop over location. Easy to get taxi's to the Malls and other sites. Dinning in was a little disappointing and the rules around Happy Hour in the bar were convoluted and confusing. Staff were very helpfull and friendly but the management style was a little authoritarian we witnessed staff being repremanded and 'poor performance' being remarked upon, several times.
