“Good Hotel”
Bur Dubai is not a great area, but the hotel is one minute walk from the new metro green line. The consierge should have more knolege of the city. Overoll very friendly Staff, specialy the English Bar Restaurante. I recomend it, is a good to come back at night and stay in a good hotel and good value for money comparing to other 4 star hotels
“Four Points, Sheraton?”
I've stayed at numerous Four Points Sheraton Hotels and this would rate in the bottom 25% for features, location and value. You were limited in the number of English speaking channels on the television and the hotel room service menu was quite limited. The breakfast buffet was not as lavish as experienced in other Sheraton Hotels and there was a minimal staff to wait on patrons.
“Stay there every time I visit Dubai.”
Always top quality
“Convenient and easy access to the Metro”
The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is two blocks from Bujurman Mall (some high end retail) and the Metro which takes you pretty much to all the major malls for the shopaholic! When the Green line starts even the Wafi will be within reach. In general all major places can be reached by taxi and will not cost you too much. The hotel taxi/limousine service was good and also reasonable. There is a convenience store next door which came in handy when we needed a sim card.
“Excellent Staff”
Had a very good few days here. Booked for 4 nights to give us option of moving for our last 2 nights in Dubai. However we liked the hotel so much we decided to stay on. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. If we go back to Dubai we will aim to stay here again. Chris, Devon, UK
“Not Too Bad”
The shower in our room drained onto the floor but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was a great bargain.
“Very Nice Hotel For The Price.”
The hotel was clean. My floor was peaceful and quiet. The staff was professional, friendly, helpful and courteous. The "executive" suites were about the same size, and with the same amenities as a "basic" hotel room in the states. No microwave either. However, The bed was Huge, clean and so comfortable. There was not much of a view. The pool was kinda small, and no hotel night-time activities or pool parties (booo). They do have a nice jacuzzi. The salon also caters to men, I got an excellent shave and a haircut. There is no nightclub in the hotel, but there are two clubs within walking distance. The pub and the restaurant were very good. Room service was great and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet is open until 1030 and the food selection is better than standard. Not a lot of children there either, which was great 4 me. This is not a Brady Bunch hotel, filled with a bunch of screaming brats. The staff does not hassle you, and they are very discreet if you invite "guests" back to the hotel. I will stay here again, unless I get a better deal. I will recommend this hotel to friends.
“Great for a short stay.”
We arrived at 2am and checked out a 7.30am on our way home to Australia from Europe. The staff were friendly and helped us with our bags. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. Just what we needed to break up the long trip home. The next morning we only had to wait 5 min for a taxi back to the airport. I would stay here again but for longer next time.
“Impressing Hotel”
Perfect room and its in the middel of the center, Burjman mall near by just cross the street
“One of the best hotels I've stayed in”
This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location was brilliant. You have everything around you from shops, fast foods and the metro. We even walked to the creek got on an abra and went across to deira. It runs a shuttle service to jumeirah beach everyday. The staff are really friendly and the rooms are more like 5 star quality. I would recommend this hotel for short and long stays. I would definitely stay there again
