“Good”
Good hotel in a good location not too far from the airport. Good breakfast. Staff are helpful.
“Left 2 days early, would not recommend.”
I was not impressed with this hotel. The room was just ok. After leaving a deposit, was not permitted to charge a pizza in the restaurant to my room, had to go to the front desk to get this straightened out. I was double charged twice for double cocktails in the lounge after I requested a single. When I confronted the management, they were willing to remove only one. I checked out 2 days early and checked into another hotel. I found the staff to be rude and not customer friendly. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone going to Dubai. There are many other great hotels to choose from.
“highly recommend this hotel”
From being greeted, to leaving the hotel, we were well looked after and made to feel very special, especially our 1 year old son. They couldn't do enough. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Some of the restaurants were closed for Ramadan, but still plenty of choice at the buffet.
“Perfect location for visitors”
It's a good hotel with overall cleanliness, break fast is decent, the location is perfect for shopping and to dine in nearby restaurants. It is a good business class hotel, but the tariff is unbelievable during seasons. How ever i would stay again if tariff permits.
“Awesome hotel that I will come back to”
I reserved this hotel when it was on promotion on expedia.ca. It was definitely affordable (even for student/budget travellers) and everything was nice in the room. My room (the cheapest one) looks like the photo they had on their hotel official site. The staff were very helpful and friendly, although most were not local. The breakfast was fulfilling and with wide selection. The pool was the only thing that I didn't like as the water was a bit cloudy.

Stayed for 6 nights on Business. Very comfy rooms. Excellent choices for breakfast. I would stay again!! Nice lobby area also.
“Dhow Palace Hotel, Bur Dubai”
Un tres bel hotel 5 etoiles situe dans le quartier de Bur Dubai, a 15 minutes en taxi du centre et autres sites touristiques. Les chambres sont tres comfortables et bien equipees, dommage cependant qu'il n'y a pas de coffre-fort dans la chambre de base. Le staff ne fait pas toujours attention a votre demande et ils ne parlent pas tous bien l'anglais ou le francais. Nous avons essaye un des 4 ou 5 restaurants attaches a l'hotel et notre repas fut excellent (Soto Soto). Seule deception, il n'y a pas de plage privee liee a l'hotel. On vous emmene au Jumeyrah Beach Park ou sur une plage publique le lundi. Ceci est du au fait que Jumeyrah Beach Park est reserve aux femmes uniquement ce jour la.
“Low Profile Service”
Dhow Palace Hotel - Dubai This hotel has been originally awarded 5 stars. After a 4 nights stay I came to the conclusion not to recommend this hotel to anybody. The service is lousy. First: I booked a non smoking room. All non smoker rooms were fully booked on my arrival so I was given a stinker room. I asked the management for a confirmation for this mistake, the hotel management refused to issue a letter. Second: I had a mini bar in my room. The fridge was on but empty although a mini bar price list was on the room desk. I claimed but there answer was this room we normally rent out to travel groups, and they always leave without paying minibar consumption. Third:When I checked out and my credit card was debited the receptionist did not make a re-print of the invoice stating a zero balance. I had to claim. Summary: Stay Away - there are soo many hotels in Dubai hunting for your money!

Buon hotel, posizione strategica e comodo per molte attrattive. Solo un po' pasticcioni alla reception, dopo 2 giorni mi hanno fatto loro il check-out e di notte hanno dato la camera ad altra gente. Tutto risolto poi. Comunque lo consiglio.
