I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were excellent and the rooms were fantastic. I was sad to leave, it felt like a luxury home from home. I will definitely be back next year. It is also very close to the Dubai mall and the airport. I was studying at the hotel on a luxury fashion course with London College of Fashion and the hotel was an excellent venue. The conference rooms were great and the facilities/food put on were fantastic whilst there. I also used the spa and it was excellent service for the money.
This hotel is such a marked difference to the modern silver and chrome hotels in Dubai which attract daily visitors. Royal Mirage is stylish, superb rooms and great facilities but has the feel of being your hotel. Staff are excellent, our trip coincided with two birthdays and the extra touches were appreciated. Great beach, very good restaurants.
I have stayed in many hotels in Dubai, but found the Desert Palm to be a true oasis. The rooms are large and over look palm trees. One can watch the sunset over a large green polo field with beautiful Arabian horses trotting by. In the morning, I sipped a superfood green juice just near the quiet infinity pool. Staff was excellent, always helpful. Would love to return.

This was a great find. Very centrally located, right next to the Mall of the Emirates and 2 Metro stations. I had serious trouble with my luggage on Emirates Airlines, and the hotel staff were all over it and calling the airline several times a day pushing them to deliver it to the hotel, which eventually happened after 3 days.
