“great location”
location was excellent for shopping and the breakfast had wide choice and overall service was above average recommend it for couples only.
“Great staff....funky bathroom not to my liking”

“Al Manzil Hotel in Dubai”
The Al Manzil Hotel is situated in an excellent location in Downtown Dubai very close to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Taxis are always waiting outside the hotel and are reasonably cheap. I found members of staff to be extremely helpful and polite providing a 5 star service. Breakfast is first class and includes poached egg with salmon which is absolutely scrumptious. The bathroom is very spacious however the sink is quite small and the shower is only screened from the main room by a clear glass surround – OK for me as I was travelling alone. I will definitely stay here again when I next visit Dubai. Unfortunately as I was on a stopover with only limited time in Dubai I did not get a chance to try the hotel restaurants in the evening.
“Fantastic hotel!!”
This hotel was everything we expected, and had a wonderful ambience. Centrally located, 5 minute walk to the Dubai Mall, with a complimentary shuttle to the main areas. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dubai, made our trip extremely enjoyable!!
“excellent location”
this is the second time we had visited the Al Manizil and as the first time , we were not disappointed. the hotel is perfectly located for getting to the dubai Mall which is only a 5 or 10 minute walk, the same walk gets you to the fountains at night which is something that has to be seen. we did not eat in the hotel every day as we prefer to eat out whenwe feel like it, lots of small places to eat breakfast ( one actually opposite the hotel entrance and another good place in the Souk by the Mall ). the staff are very friendly at the hotel and anything you require is no trouble. the rooms are clean and comfortable, we had pickup at the airport arranged by the hotel which saves the hassle of finding your own way..... in short would not hesitate to stay again
“a 4 star hotel with a good location”
the location was good as its near Dubai mall, there was no iron in the room ,, u have to order it from the room service,, the view was amazing from the window of the room as you can see the old town, the food of the hotel wasnt tasty ,, dont order from them,, for the last day you have to check out at 12 pm and there is no exception,, one more thing there is no hair dryer in the room, and the shower fit and slipper was only for one person not for 2 although we were couples
“Nice room - super nice area but no privacy”
overall nice - i liked evrything - 5m walking to dubai mall- the area is super nice - only thing i didn't like is the bathroom inside the room, where you have no privacy at all.
“Excellent Hotel”
Excellent Hotel.. I recommend
“Highly Recommended”
Although we only stayed at Al Manzil for only 36 hours, it was enough time for the staff to make us feel looked after. We were only using Dubai as a stopover to break up our journey from the UK back Australia. We needed a comfortable hotel to relax and rest and didn't need 5 star luxury, however this hotel went the extra mile for us that it was just as good as one. On our outward journey we stayed at a luxury resort which had plenty of bling and opulence. I realize this is a big reason people go to Dubai, however these hotels are vast and generally impersonal (and expensive). We had a goidcdeal on a Burj view suite which had plenty of room, a fantastic bathroom and great view. The staff impressed us the most - very accomodating. We were travelling with a baby, and a cot was quickly brought to our room at 1am and they helped us with sterilizing bottles with little fuss - not something I was expecting from a "business hotel". They even dropped us off at Dubai Mall, when they realized we were going to take a taxi for the 5 minute journey in the 46 degree heat. I would definitely stay here again with my family. It's close to Dubai city, and on the doorstep of the largest Mall and tallest building in the world. It's clean, contemporary and stylish but without the overdone brashness & expense of almost all the hotels in Dubai.
“Fabulous hotel with incredible service”
Service service service. This really is a top choice for Dubai. Excellent service and I was impressed with the breakfasts. The pool area is quite small, especially compared to some of the bigger Dubai hotels, but you can literally walk to Dubai Mall in 5minutes which is a big plus! Will definitely be back.
