The Front Desk could not guide us from the Burjuman Metro Station as he himself did not know the way when we called him from our mobile, the tourist fee was asked at the check in itself, we had requested for 2 single beds but we were given one king bed, no toaster in the kitchen, wine glasses to drink water, tea, coffee sachets had to be asked to be refilled every morning & no grocery stores in walking distance, so it was difficult to manage the kitchen in the Hotel Apartment, The shower in the bathroom was loose & no soap holder too in the shower cubicle & when we asked them to fit a new soap holder they had no answer, the Hotel is very ill maintained & service very slow and the staff has attitude especially the room service boy Farhane, would not stay in this Hotel apartment again as it is very far from the Burjuman Metro station and wrongly stated in its nearby to it, not upto the mark and whenever you ask any staff a question why somethings which were not in the room ,their standard reply was , it is not available as per the Hotel Policy.
the only good ones of the room service/housekeeping staff were Nabin & his woman colleague, don't remember her name , they were quite prompt in their service.
