This hotel is in a fantastic location, very near to the Mall. Some really nice local eateries just 5 minutes walk away. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Security staff on site 24/7, not that they were needed.
Good size room with separate bath, showers and toilet, which was convenient.
We would definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff, good location next to mall and metro. Spacious room with two bathrooms. Good pool and gym.

I had the opportunity to stay in this Novotel and they performed above and beyond. From the check in staff (Ms. Paris) to the security staff (Ms. Reena), two remarkable and memorable staff members on their team, my short stay was filled with excellent customer service.
I had left behind some very valuable documents in the safe in the room and forgot to pick them while I was checking out. Within an hour of me checking out I got an email from the customer service staff that I had left it there and to come collect it. I must say this was a life saver because my whole travel would have been a disaster without these documents. I cannot express my gratitude in words but THANK YOU!

Although both the gym and pool are small they both are good. The pool has life guards so that kids can play freely. It is a rooftop pool and therefore can be enjoyed in peace during the day and early evening.The gym is well equipped for what it is.
Due to environmental protection the room temperatures are set to a min of 24C. This is not very comfortable for those coming from a cold country.
Although booking says 1400 check in. I was provided a room on arrival 1200. However the room was not cleaned properly. The carpet was not vacuumed, a large plastic wrapper was left on the floor. There was long hair left in the sink.
Once I informed reception they were extremely apologetic wanted to offer me a new room and free travel to the airport.
Breakfast is above average but not excellent. Quite a broad spectrum of food from pancakes to freshly made omelette so it will suffice.

This hotel is located in a really nice area. Across the street from Emirates mall/metro and 20 or so minutes drive from the major tourist areas with taxis driving by the hotel all the time. The hotel is nice, quiet, clean and great if you don’t want to spend a crazy amount on a hotel.

We had a great time as a family of 4 with 2 little kids. The staff was kind through and through. The breakfast was delicious and had a decent amount of choices. We most likely will stay here again in the future.

I had an amazing stay at Novotel Dubai! The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety to choose from. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
I am looking forward to returning in the future!

Nice business stay, close to the mall of Emirates and good food options around and connectivity to shiekh Zayed road and other main parts of the city. Breakfast options and food quality could be better. Room size are decent and comfy.

Front desk is never available when you call. Looks like it is always short of manpower.

The only thing that was upsetting is that even though we were on a line to check in, people kept on cutting un and the reception personnel would say nothing, thus encouraging a certain disorganization.

We liked having 3 beds for ourselves and 2 children. The breakfast was excellent and great value for money. The staff were very pleasant. We liked being able to walk to the Mall of the Emirates and the skytrain station there. Would not hesitate to recommend and stay here again.

Fantastic stay with novotel suites. They gave us a free upgrade on our room. Staff is extremely courteous and polite. They take extra care to look after each guest’s requests. Beautiful and shining clean rooms. Must visit again.

Reception was unfriendly, front desk manager promised upgrade, never given, rooms cant be called a suite. Washroom is very uncomfortable, shower is 60 cms on one dimension, so you bang the walls as you shower. I have been in multiple hotels in the ares, most are significantly bigger rroms and washrooms.

The Hotel is in Barsha area. Mashreq Metro station is 10 min walk, or Mall of the emirates station around same time. rooms are ok, staff are nice, breakfast is crowded, better to go before 9.00am there is No Spa at the hotel, while Expedia state that SPA is on site. a lot of dining options in the area , 10 min walk to Emirates mall .
