Very friendly place - specially after 15-hours of flight. They upgraded my room and also provided a ride to the airport very early in the morning - if you are on a business trip and want a transparent place that everything is just right - this is the hotel for you...

“Wonderful Hotel”

The hotel desk staff was wonderful and very professional. From the time of check-in to checkout, I was mad to feel right at home and that everyquestion I asked was answered with professionallism and a smile. I did not eat in any of the resturants except the Pub. The Pub was clean well maintained and comfortable. The service was excellant and the staff there were very friendly and food was excellant. I will stay there again during my next stay in Dubai.

“Great hotel if you want something more classy”

Loved this hotel from the moment I walked in! Only issue I had was the pool was closed for maintenance and than a 530-830am power interruption for service work. Other than that no major issues!

“Great hotel for business travellers”

Our hotel experience was a great one. The cleaning services was great, bed sheets and towels changed everyday. A great area to go to the local souks for gold, spices ect. 30 mins from the main tourist area Jumeirah, for the beach, water park as well as other attractions. Not advised for those to use the hotel cabs as they can be a bit pricey, better off using local cabs. A big shame that the swimming pool facilities were out of order, though the hotel compensated by allowing us to use the facilities in the Hilton hotel free of charge with a free cab service, located a few minutes from the Radisson Blu. Wouldn't recommend its location for families simply because there are not enough activities available. The efficient Metro service is walking distance from the hotel, easy to get to the Dubai and Emirates Mall

The staff in the hotel are what makes the hotel a credit to the radisson group, they are friendly and welcoming we stayed for 5 nights and Derby Charo and Mel made us feel like we were at home

“Short stay in Dubai”

Excellent service, staff very helpful. Close to airport and water bus service. Unfortunately pool being renovated, but were able to use a nearby hotels pool. Restaurants had great seafood.

Our experience during our stay was positive from our 1.30am check-in to our departure. We received a room upgrade unexpectedly, providing us witha fantastic elevated river view. All staff were friendly and very accommodating.
