We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children - 3rd time in Dubai, stayed in the Premier Inn hotel, Dubai Silicon Oasis and had a brilliant time. The hotel is located at a strategically convenient location (about 20-30 minutes’ drive to most attractions and shopping malls in Dubai) – situated in a quiet and secure surroundings – especially if you would like to stay away from all the noisy life in a 24-hour city like Dubai. The hotel offers a FREE bus/shuttle service into the city centre and the beach for guests without a car; we did not use this service because we had a car but from talking to guests who did it was a reliable and cherished service. For car owners, there was a small inconvenience of having to drive unnecessarily for a couple of miles just to get a turning that leads to the hotel from the motorway.
The hotel staff always went the extra mile to ensure we had a wonderful and comfortable time during our stay with them and the following are those we came in contact with: Abrar, Joy, Fatima (AKA ‘In Training’), Bakr, Ehab, Mina (great guy), Ramy, Riyaz, Rikaas, Raby, Mae, Chris (superb guy), Kiran and best of all our favourite MYLA (a real ‘asset’ to the Hotel in their kitchen).
The hotel caters superbly for families with children in that there is ever friendly atmosphere, staff’s willingness to help, great facilities and comfort – all a family needs to enjoy holidays in a great city.
