We were in a room and they were taking off tiles off from the bathroom next door. They move us to another room. However, it seems some guest were smoking in it before… however, staff were lovely and friendly.

Excellent hotel with great transport links. Metro station a 3 min walk away that can take you into the centre of Dubai in around 25 mins. Loads of free car parking spaces around the back. Hotel was very clean and had eveything we needed as we were out all day. Rooftop pool open 8am to 8pm is included along with 24 hour gym. Staff were great and check in took 5 mins. Would definitely return!

Everything you’d expect from a premier inn. Nice room at a pretty reasonable price. Only downside is the distance to the main areas (30-40 mins on the metro) but that is no fault of the hotel and it is conveniently placed right next to a metro station so it’s not too bad. Would stay again and would recommend.

Has a good stay. Great staff. Especially the team at the bar which I spent some time at on my last evening. The Filipino guy behind the bar was particularly nice and attentive. In fact all the staff I interacted with during my stay were great. Issue is it’s so far from anywhere on the metro. The hotel itself is only a 5 min walk from the hotel. The issue is that it takes at least an hour and a half to get to town. Hotel pool nice as are all the facilities at the hotel.

The main issue for us was that the hotel was further away from the city than we expected, so a slight inconvenience. Breakfast was good for a 3-star and had something for everyone even if it's not delicious. We had one night where we were woken by a buzzing noise in the middle of the night but it was only one night and the staff were very kind to investigated it. Staff was top class.

A very good hotel
All was good, very clean with daily cleaning, comfortable bed and helpful reception. No complains.. a bit far from everything but we had our car so it wasn’t a problem for us.

I liked the courteous and friendly helpful staff as well as the warm atmosphere. I have stayed in many hotels in many countries and some have a sterile atmosphere in spite of the decor. The staff in the restaurant as well as reception were very friendly and polite but remained professional. I would be happy to return.

The whole entire stay was great. The room is comfortable and it’s close to the metro. The only issue I had was eating at the hotel restaurant. There was a menu that was given for a lunch menu but when I went to the restaurant they wouldn’t honor the price of that menu. They said it was not supposed to be there. They should have honored the price. Other than that everything is fantastic.

I return whenever in UAE with work and can not fault in any way. All staff throughout all areas of the hotel ensure a familiarity, welcome and service which is often lacking by ‘others’ . Great location for easy access to all of Dubai and the UAE .

Rahul was the best! We had a few minor issues unrelated to the hotel and he treated us with such kindness and care. He is the reason why we would return whenever in Dubai next. I have worked as a duty manager in the hotel industry and as a guest care trainer - Rahul showed excellent values and skills to make a remarkable stay. Vishnu from the pool was also super attentive when our lottle one choked on some water and offered floatation device for his comfort and safety. Only thing i would change is the pillows were too high to comfortably sleep on and we hung a do not disturb sign on our door hut returned to find the room had been serviced. Only minor factors really and would still highly recommend others to visit.
