Pros: Great and friendly staff
Very nice resort, small but clean beach, excellent food (lot of restaurants) and SPA, outstanding staff very friendly and attentive. A little bit noisy at night, but nothing dramatic (probably because I have a very very light sleep). Overall a little bit pricey but you get what you pay for as it is an exclusive address in Dubai. Family friendly.

Schönes Hotel

Posted 01-Mar-2015

Family friendly hotel

Posted 23-Feb-2015
Arabian court is perfect for families. Smaller than the palace in a positive way,it did not feel busy, even in Feb half term. Amazing food - especially Eauzone and Nina (lobster crepe is a must!) Residence & spa seems to be child free, and the Palace a lot larger/busier than Arabian court. We would definitely recommend a trip on the complimentary shuttle boat (only takes 5 mins) to The Palm 101 restaurant for lunch (all the desserts mind blowing good!) Palm is newest one & only hotel and i would love to stay there. It's extremely opulent and peaceful (even smells divine as you walk around the gardens). Kids could always shuttle over to Arabian (with their Dads ;) ) for more action!

Exotic green oasis within a contemporary landscape

Posted 12-Feb-2015
Magical approach to the hotel at night, welcoming and attentive service, beautiful sea view from our room through exotic gardens, good size comfortable room, lovely pool and white sand beach and many excellent restaurants within the grounds. Too long corridors to the rooms and lack of hot drink facilities in the room. Also preferred including breakfast in the price not as extra.

Arabian Court

Posted 05-Dec-2014
Pros: Decor & service, room service food lovely, clean, comfortable
Cons: Helicopters flying directly overhead spoils the whole ambience of the pool area
Location: n/a
Absolutely beautiful hotel, this is our favourite hotel in terms of room quality and decor, facilities and service. However, we found the pool area was not relaxing at all- helicopters and low flying aircraft fly directly overhead all day and are very noisy. On 3 days out of 5, there was not 1 minute of peace and when the helicopters are not directly overhead they are buzzing about nearby and there is a constant drone of the noise. On 1 of the days of our our stay I actually counted the times that they flew directly overhead- 23 times helicopters and 7 times light aircraft in 2.5 hours- between 10am and 12.30pm- the helicopters start about 8.30am so it's a ridiculous level of noise and not acceptable. The hotel needs to address this & speak to the flight tour company and get the route changed as lots of guests were unhappy and frustrated with this. I did mention this to the front desk but was told it was only because Tuesday 2/12/14 was national day but having spoken to many staff and other guests - this does not seem to be true. It's such a shame as the hotel is excellant in all other ways but this completely spoiled our holiday. You couldn't even drown out the noise with an Ipod.

Fabulous

Fabulous hotel, property and beach, but a bit to far from downtown if you want to walk around town. Cabs are your friend here.
