“Short stay very good”

A very clean and well maintained hotel. Staff are very helpful. I weighed my luggage witht he help of the room staff. Beds a little hard. Some people like that. Breakfast very good and reasonable price. The rooms at the rear do hear the Mosque, but the forward facing are OK. City Centre Shopping across the road, which can be helpful and the Airport is about 6 mins drive by taxi. I have stayed here on many occassions and have always been satsified with the front desk and aother staff. Good value.

This hotel is really nice. Very clean. One of the best things about this hotel is that it is located across the street from City Centre Mall. The staff is very nice. I highly recommend it to anybody.

The new Novotoel in Dubai is conveniently located near an excellent and popular shopping mall. It was clean and new. The service was top quality.

We stayed at this hotel in October 2009, was a fantastic location right across the road from a huge shopping mall. The restaurant was a little expensive, but the restaurants in the mall were plentiful and very reasonably priced, definately recommend.

Great location and good service. Very convenient for transist passengers and tourists planning on doing the city tour. Bistro serves American Food and the breakfast buffet had a good spread. Best pastries I have ever had. Friendly staff and clean and well maintained hotel.

I liked the clean serene look,the staffwere very friendly,free internet access in the lobby area.Overall impressed.Not much to do but centeal and wlking distance to shopping and restaurants.Safe bet for someone who has never been to Dubai
