Couldn't write enough to explain the wonderful week we spent here! Food, all facilities, rooms, staff and everything about this hotel was great! Catered for our toddlers every need which was also a godsend. Children's pools were perfect for her.
The hotel was OK for a 3 star rating. The staff were nice and helpful, the rooms were large and spacious. Some of the rooms smelt of damp and the curtains were a bit dusty, but generally the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was also OK with a reasonable selection, including fresh fruit which was nice. At night you could hear the disco music even from the 4th floor, so for those who want a very quiet place, this is not ideal. The location of the hotel is excellent. The swimming pool was tiny, but didn't seem to put off the avid sunbathers. All in all it was good value for money.

Really enjoyed our stay here- it was great to be able to have a day in the bustle of the shopping malls and then relax in a very different environment. Pools - both the main pool and the summerhouse pools- were well attended by lifeguards, so good if you have kids.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Restaurants of good quality and travelling by abbra along the canals to your evening meal made it a different and special experience - could even load the pram on with sleeping baby in it!
We arrived from Costa Serena Cruise, they lost our luggage. The hotel people did everything the could to help. Way above and beyond of what was expected. Great people and great hotel. Would highly recommend it. Not Costa Cruise lines though. Now a week since we left ship and they still will not respond to our inquiries.
This was simply an opulent experience. From the early check in to dancing with a dolphin it was memorable. We did not leave the resort for three days we were there as our daughter did not want to. Between the pool, the water park and the aquarium we were entertained for our entire stay. Would strongly recommend taking the imperial club upgrade, it was well worth the cost.
