“This place needs a LOT of work done on it.”

The carpet in the room was absolutely filthy. I had on clean indoor shoes and had been walking about in the room. Then stepped into the bathroom and happened to tread on a wet bath mat. Then left black footprints all over the white tile bathroom. I complained and asked that the carpet be cleaned and it apparently was as I could not replicate the problem. The water lines for the bathrooms, which are back to back, are apparently small diameter because they roar in your room when your neighbor uses the water - very annoying when he/she takes a 2:30 am shower. Or flushes the toilet at 5 am. The breakfast had only oranges for fruit, no banana, apple, etc. Long before the "service" ends, the one trash can is overflowing. There were two plastic containers for pasteries. Each were supposed to have lift type doors for opening and getting a pastery. One was broken and had not door or other covering. There were no tongs or other implements for reaching in to get a pastery, one had to use fingers. The sheets are not cotton, or any other identifiable cloth, more like a thin canvas which make a paper-like noise whenever moved. The heat is turned off when resident is away giving a cold reception when returning.

Lots of construction but once there a great place to stay. Great value.

Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel for the price. The bed was comfortable, pillows plush. No pool but frankly didn't need one. Treadmill in fitness room was loud but functioned just fine. Slept like a dream. Did not hear any outside noise despite being just off the highway. Tremendous selection of eateries just a few blocks away. Was located perfectly for the focus of our trip which was to hanglide... Just a few short miles from Point of the Mountain hangliding. Overall a terrific stay; will definately come back.

“Easy Freeway Access”

Small hotel. Great service. Right off the freeway, but no road noise in the room. Staff was very competent and helpful. Loved the mattress. A great nights sleep.

Breakfast was ok. I realized I would have enjoyed having a pool for the 4 night stay I was there. It is a good place for a short stay.

“Bought My Own Sheets for the Second Night”

We stayed two nights and didn't sleep either one. The beds and pillows were so soft, we just sank into them. My sister and I both had back problems for the next few days. The sheets had some sort of plastic in them that crinkled when you made even the slightest movement. I ended up going to Ikea to buy a set for the second night. The shower and bathroom had stray hairs on walls and floor that didn't appear to be from a head. The breakfast was great for the first morning. The second morning, the waffle maker, juice dispenser, and toaster all had notes that said they were out of order. It appeared they simply didn't want to clean them since they were short on people. This left our options of coffee, plain bread, or cereal (all of which change the color of the milk). When we went to check out, they had no record of our stay. The maid's report even said the room was clean and empty. Um, no it wasn't. We had given our credit card info and had been charged for the room when we checked in. After waiting for 30 minutes to check out (!) I finally got so frustrated that I left my name and number and told them to call me. When you're planning on leaving at 6am on a holiday weekend, you don't want to wait around. My husband had to go to Salt Lake that week, and I told him to stay anywhere else. Sometimes that extra $15 per night is worth the money.

Room was clean. The staff was polite. The continental breakfast was good. The breakfast room did look like a waffle had exploded in it when we entered, but the staff came in a few minutes later and cleaned it. He said he had just cleaned it 15 minutes before.
