"Excellent hotel in convenient location. Staff all went above and beyond. Fantastic stay, would recommend. A small gripe would be the curtains are remotely operated, where the motor is situated for the curtains it leaves a gap at the side which lets in a lot of light on a morning. If you're used to a very dark room this may disrupt sleep."

"Lovely hotel in the historic former Stick Exchange building. Well located in the Downtown area near to the Cruise Terminal and the Waterfront. Short walk to the Sea bus over to North Vancouver. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Even the General Manager and the Head of Housekeeping introduced themselves. Conciege very good as well. Large rooms - comfy bed and shower excellent. Food on the restaurant very good indeed. Highly recommended"
