"Fantastic, elegant hotel in the city of St. Paul."
The hotel has an old world elegance, is very hospitable and great staff. The doorman opens the door of the hotel. He is in a top hat and tails. There is valet parking. The hotel has a free shuttle to any destination in Saint Paul. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Each room has its own bar and snacks available at an additional fee. There are robes hung in the room and ever amenity available. There are three dining experiences in the main level and a concierge to arrange any additional services. I enjoyed all of it and I hope you consider staying here in the future. The price is reasonable and the quality is the best.

When I first saw our room was by the elevator I was disappointed because I assumed it would be loud but I was pleasantly surprised it was very quiet. The room was large and clean. Very comfortable beds and we were able to sleep in very well because it was very quiet. The room had a nice coffee maker, microwave and fridge in it which was nice for leftovers as the hotel is within walking distance to many great restaurants. The elevators were a little slow but not terrible. You do have to pay for parking but that is everywhere downtown.
We loved our stay, despite the building being under renovations and road construction nearby. The location is excellent with a great view of the river and downtown St Paul, walking distance to parks, museums, restaurants. The rooms are clean, bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable.
We like Embassy Suites, good breakfast, nice big room, this is our favorite hotel chain.
This time this hotel wasn't well organized, the staff clean the main floor on peak breakfast time, is
absolutely inconvenience for the hotel guest.
The door handle was hard to pull open and shut. There was a thick layer of dust on the TV and it had a weird musty smell to room. Beds were comfortable and staff friendly though. They also had a free shuttle to and from the concert which was great. Driver was entertaining.
