We actually spent very little time at this property and in 2 of the 3 encounters I had with the Inn Keepers was odd. The first was we tried to check in at 11:00 am which I recognize as early, we were advised by the "kitchen help" that our suite was ready but we needed to wait for the inn keeper. When the Inn keeper came I was out of her sight but not earshot so I was able to hear her less than generous response to our request. When we got back around 6 pm that night the other Inn keeper seemed a bit scattered but kind enough. The breakfast was very good but I should have mentioned to them prior that I can't eat berries. The bed was wonderful and the room very well appointed and the Inn is in a great location we could walk to the beach and shopping easily. So as long as you check in and out at the appointed times your stay will be well worth the money.

One night in SB. Clean reasonably priced hotel. First floor made it easy- great jacuzzi , nice and quiet at night. No traffic noise is a big plus for me. Beds are comfortable and air cinditioning was fantastic and full strength. Pool looked nice although we just went in jacuzzi. I would stay here again.
If you're just passing through, this place is comfortable enough. And it has all the typical conveniences of a Holiday Inn Express (free internet, decent breakfast buffet, etc.). The room I was in was definitely a little dated, but for one night it worked out perfectly.
