"Great hotel"

"Overall a nice stay!"

"This Hotel was beautiful, service was great and accommodations wonderful. Only downfall was when we arrived for an early check in we were escorted out on the sidewalk, into a service door and down a hallway with a arrival "table" waiting to check us in. Come to find out the Hotel was filming a commercial or? and the front desk was off limits! Okay, well the day was a little overcast and the 2 hr. early check in was not going to work so lets go get a bite to eat on the top floor restaurant......nope that is closed for the filming...and the lobby restaurant doesn't open till 5:00. Well bummer......but figured it's 5:00 oclock somewhere......Overall the staff treated us well and made good on requests! NOTE: for all Hotels, email or call and state there are things that might affect your guests stay!"

"Concierge (Cathy) did a fantastic job in orienting a high-maintenance couple (my wife and I ) to the attractions of San Diego including tickets (and a warm blanket for) the Willie Nelson concert. The Hotel's "Provisional" restaurant is an architectural marvel - besides its good food and service. Hard to find anything about the Hotel and helpful staff to complain about. "

"The building is very unique and old but renovated. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds, great location and friendly staff. Would definitely stay there on our next trip to San Diego. "
