The location of this hotel is excellent, only a couple short blocks away from all the action on Broadway street, and a few blocks away from Printers Alley and The Gulch. Cannot say enough about the excellent location. The bed is extremely comfortable, which is well worth noting, as most hotel beds are hard as rocks. The only downfall of this hotel is the walls are unusually paper thin for a hotel, more than the average. You can literally hear the entire conversation of people in the next couple of rooms, as well as in the hallway. That does tend to get very annoying.
This hotel was very nice. It is conveniently located by many downtown attractions. It is an easy walk to Broadway street. The pool is nice but appeared way understaffed for the holiday weekend. It was fine because we were just there to relax, but took well over an hour to get a drink and you could tell the staff was very flustered. The gym is the best I have used at a hotel facility.

The Omni Nashville Hotel is a modern expression on the city's character, featuring 800 well-appointed rooms including 54 …More
The hotel is about 5 blocks from Broadway. Good walking distance. the room was clean, everything in good conditions. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only bad thing in the hotel is clients that does not respect the others: yelling in the middle of the night and slamming the doors.
Just six blocks from Honky Tonk Row, the Holiday Inn Express was very convenient for exploring Downtown Nashville. Start the day with a hearty breakfast included with the room.
A shuttle bus is available for short trips if you aren't up for walking (but don't expect it to take you to the airport).
Be aware that cab fare for 1 person is $25 to the airport or the Grand Ole Opry. ($1 per additional person). Plan your trips accordingly.
On the banks of the Cumberland River, downtown Nashville is home to such popular attractions as the Ryman Auditorium (known as “The Mother Church of Country Music”), Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge (where stars like Willie Nelson were discovered), and the Country Music Hall of Fame. The State Capitol is also here, as is the home of the Tennessee Titans (football), who play at LP Field.
