Great new hotel physically. Modern look, clean etc. The issues are:
1. Reservations include free breakfast. Breakfast ends at 9:00am. We were in town for a concert, as was it looked like most of those staying the hotel that night. My assumption is that many like us were not up near in time to make breakfast...on to point #2
2. I take that back...we were up at 8:45am when the maid showed up pounding on the door. Woke us up on the first pounding when we shouted we are not ready. This happened twice before she came barging in our room only to be told we were not ready for the maid. She then proceeded down the hall doing the same at each door as she went. We had the do not disturb sign on the door the night before...apparently it disappeared. When we mentioned the experience to the staff at the front desk at check out they appeared to absolutely care less.
3. The air conditioning, actually heat, was set at 75 degrees. The electronic thermostat apparently requires an engineering degree to operate and then has presets so it reverts back to the excessively warm temps as the night went on. If the guest is allowed to control room temp they should have a system that is user friendly.
It is a very nice hotel and close to the venue of the concert. Simply need a lot more consideration of their guests.

I liked everything about the hotel. It's been remodeled and quite nice. I didn't really like the location. It was kinda of hidden and shared a parking lot. The parking lot was not well lit and I was concerned my vehicle would get broken into. it's a ways away from downtown area as well.
The room is spacial with two queen size beds, with small kitchen, with clean bathroom.
The problem is the noisy from the fridge and air exchanger, sometimes the water heater in the bathroom. Too much noisy may be problem for light sleepers. Also, it surprised me that they have a fittness room, laudary room but no breakfast.
The hotel is like a family running hotel, and the decoration inside is old fashioned.
However, it is cheap and close to the downtown.
