The hotel was located close to Universal and Disney attractions. It was easy to find and not too far from the airport. The only complaint was that there is only one pool so finding chairs to lay out was always tough. You had to snag them while people were getting up to leave or move chairs around to squeeze in. They are also very close together so you are basically laying next to/on top of strangers and there are no mini tables to fit in between the chairs so you just have to shove yourself under your chair. I'm not too picky so I didn't mind too much it was just a little annoying. We ate breakfast at Tropicale and the brunch had a great selection. Also, the bed was super comfy and the staff kept the place very clean.
Very nice place. Nice rooms and great lobby area and pool. Definately a little pricey with the added resort fee per day and having to pay for parking per day, but the valet was worth it for us. Best part had to be the staff, every one of them was pleasant and happy to help. We will be back.
This hotel (apartment) was a very nice and I would definitely go back. I had a two bedroom suite (1 king and 2 double) which was good for a couple with kids or even two couples. Full kitchen, dining room table seating six, washer dryer, Jacuzzi tub and much more - all good to have amenities. The pool area was large and well kept.

Nice place to stay with big families if your going to the parks. I was actually expecting more of a resort feel but instead i felt like i was at my community pool. Don't get me wrong it is clean and all but not the atmosphere i was looking for. Beware of timeshare pitches once a day!!!!
After all they will tell you that it's bacause your a v.i.p. lol
The hotel was easy to find and the location was wonderful, next to many dining and shopping options, not to mention extremely close to Disney (maybe a 5 minute drive depending on the park you visit). Check in with Raphael was fantastic. He was very pleasant and informative. He went out of his way to answer all our questions and is an outstanding desk clerk. Parking can get a little challenging in the evening, but hotel staff was willing to drive anywhere in the complex no matter the time of night. They do try and sell you time shares, but this was to be expected, as this is a time share location, but it never seemed overbearing at any point. The room had everything we would ever need and more. There is a grocery store right across the street which was a huge help. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay in 3 years at this Hotel and was really looking forward to going back. After a long flight from the UK we checked into our room and had been told that it was an upgraded room. From what I could see the only upgrade was an added safe in the wardrobe. The kitchen area was still the same units and same Fridge, and the furniture was still the same.
We unpacked and the wardrobe doors were very stiff and hard to open and close.
I pulled down the bed sheets and they looked all crumpled like they had been slept in and not changed but being so tired we got in them. On inspection in the morning I found them to have stains on them. I informed reception and requested that they was changed. The ones they changed them with were still crumpled so maybe they just don't iron them, or turn them inside out and put them the other way around?
The house keeper was a bit hit and miss, she hardly done anything and if I had pulled up the bed sheets in the morning she wouldn't even make it properly.
The bath had a leak which was reported 3 times and was wasting an enormous amount of water, in the end we gave up reporting it as nothing was getting done. Plus there was a very musty/damp smell in there.
You probably think I am being picky but like everyone I paid good money to stay here and you expect things to be right and not have to complain about anything to reception on a daily basis.
The best thing is the location, breakfast is ok but the coffee is shockingly awful.
