Hotel was nice. Very industrial. Room was pretty neat with a great view of downtown. The pillows were the only negative on the room. Very large and very lumpy. Difficult to sleep on. Neither of us slept well. The Soda Bar was way to pricey for what it was and the staff was in no hurry to serve me. There were 4 people at the bar when I arrived and I stood for over 5 minutes before I went outside & sat down. Again, minimal people outside yet no one offered to help me. I went back to the bar and had to flag someone down to get an overpriced drink. Service was equally bad that evening for my wife's birthday gathering. Overall the hotel was nice but we would never go to their bar again and we decided not to eat at the hotel restaurant purely because the service was so bad in other areas. We went across the street to Cedars Social and it was fantastic!
We had a great view of Reunion Tower, Union Station, and the Trinity River from our room on the 14th floor Got a great discount from Expedia (40% off) because I booked a flight and added the hotel. Saved a CONSIDERABLE amount of money that made every cent worth it. Shower was HUGE, TV in the bathroom mirror, and plenty of space around the REALLY comfortable bed... If I needed a place to stay in the area, this place is definitely worth it. Close to everything you need downtown, and great eating and drinks on-site as well.

I had an amazing time staying here. The staff was wonderful and very helpfull. They gave me a room with a view just because I requested one. The room was comfortable and very clean and I am extremely picky about those things. The valet service was excellent and worth the extra money. They were very prompt in getting your car when you needed and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
Stayed there for the weekend and it was wonderful. The room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast is great too. It was a little busy checking in, but that was probably because the Mary Kay Convention was going on. Wonderful overall!
Like everything in Texas, downtown Dallas is big. Fortunately, downtown’s zones make it easy to explore. The city’s art museum, symphony, and Dallas World Aquarium reside in the Arts District. West End’s Elm Street marks the spot where President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in 1963. The Sixth Floor Museum chronicles this dark day. Deep Ellum, east of downtown, is Dallas’ main nightlife hub.
