Location, location, location Rates were good maybe very good maybe because it was a long weekend. The hotel is a little run down but it was Ok for the money.

Good location, metro, bus station, restaurants and shops nearby. Few attractions in walking distance. Staffs are nice and helpful but the hotel needs renovations

Value wise it served its purpose. It was ok, clean, convenient & suited our purpose well. Breakfast was included which we didn’t expect and was adequate but left out a bit long. It had a lovely foyer that appeared recently renovated. Staff were friendly & helpful.

My room no was 1001, there was no air. It was absolutely suffocating hot. Couldn’t sleep at all in night. I speak to front desk, they said; they don’t run air conditioning. It’s off centrally

Not like the pictures at all. Staff was ok but manager has pour customers skills. Only stay if you have to. I payed $265 for a room posted at the hotel for $90. Would have been worth it if it was like the pictures on the web site.

Excellent location in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The hotel has no bell boy service, you have to take your bags up to the rooms. The food at the restaurant is tasteless, breakfast service is included in the price but not much variety. The rooms are not very clean and they need updating. Some times you have to call the Reception for them to bring towels or toilette paper. Towels are old, worn out and sometimes with holes on it. The bath tubs are stained. The hotel personnel is not very well trained to please the guests.

Centrally located. Don't ask for anything more.
Apart from being centrally located, nothing else was really good in this hotel. The shower floor was stained brown, door wouldnt close, sewer emitted a stink in the toilet, hair dryer didn't work and towels were tinged grey and threadbare. Wifi was free but the signal was irratic. I would take my money elsewhere.

Nice hotel great location!!!
It's a really nice hotel, clean, good enough breakfast buffet, rooms are quite comfortable but the greatest thing is the hotel location. It's close to everything, walking distance to all the great attractions of the city and a Metro stop right there. Staff is nice, they don't know much about some tourist matters but all in all helpful.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for two nights. It is a nice place for a short stay, especially if you plan to explore the city instead of being inside. Rooms are very small by American standards, but you cannot expect luxury for the money you pay... it is very reasonably priced. Upgrade would be nice... Breakfast is good. Location is perfect, close to main attractions and public transportation. Staff is very helpful. Hotel receptionist Macarena (sorry, don't know her last name) patiently answered all my questions, she provided a lot of valuable recommendations where to go, what to see, etc.

This hotel is comfortable and clean. I liked that it was used by South American tourists as well which made it feel more authentic.

Nearly everything in the hotel was excellent. Very clean and visitor freindly. One not so pleasant surprise for smokers: the hotel is labeled as non-smoking and, despite the fact that a smoking area has been advertised, none has been provided.

Room clean and confortable, good localization. The only thing that should be better is the breakfast, the staff start to clean 10 minutes before the end and the options was not good.

Excelente localização, café da manhã muito bom, a única ressalva que faço é a internet nos quartos, pois mesmo mudando de quarto e andar para conseguir uma conexão era muito difícil, mas ótimo acesso na internet do lobby.

O quarto precisa de mais reparos, nos cantos tudo enferrujado e sujo, peguei um quarto com banheira mas a banheira estava toda remendada e descascando , com ferrugem na porta no canto , a privada entupida a toda hora e o teto do quarto e do banheiro todo descascado , a saída de ar toda suja, com sujeira grossa

No geral gostei do hotel, porém poderiam melhorar o conforto da cama de casal, que era a junção de duas de solteiro com um colchonete em cima. O colchonete afundava deixando a dormida desconfortável. E poderiam também melhorar o café da manhã, deixou a desejar!

Hotel bastante viejo. Nada cómodo, las habitaciones todo se escucha, las camas y ropa de cama bastante deficientes. Está ubicado cerca del Obelisco, zona que de noche es de cuidado.
