There are too many issues to list, dirty, old, water damaged, and complete disrepair to name a few. DO NOT stay here! We had to scramble for accommodation when our flight was cancelled, and sadly chose this location.

Front staff gentleman was very friendly and helpful. The rooms have seen better days. The breakfast that was included made up for it. Located in a very busy area, so be mindful of noise. Great for a couple of nights at best for the price.

Furniture Bed was light and very uncomfortable. Rooms tipical of European hotels. Small to necessities so price should be accordingly. Marketing overpriced facility.

My vacation in Buenos Aires
I like the place where the hotel is situated, close to the park. Very good price, but not very good selection for the breakfast and scrambled eggs were cold every day. I was happy with the room and if I go to Buenos Aires again, I might choose this hotel.

I used the Taxi QR app at AEP airport to go to ibis. But there was a different IBIS (not Congresso), and the taxi driver drove us to a Novotal/IBIS. So we had to get another taxi to take us to Ibis Congresso. This is confusing for non Spanish speaker.

I like the location, AC and room service. There were 2 members of staff that could speak English which was very helpful. I didn't like the fact that the hotel didn't have a WiFi connection for most of our stay, and the staff did not tell us when the WiFi will be back. We could not contact our families or work remotely due to this for days.

A Hotel not worth to stay
Hotel is old and dirty. Uncomfortable bed with old bed sheet. Shower leaking and dirty . Unfriendly reception. Worst 3 star hotel I ever stayed. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Great location and great value property
Great location with many rooms overlooking park/plaza, but just a couple short blocks away from sites , dining and shops. Clean, attentive staff and easy access made this right stop for our stay getaway.

Friendly staff, great location
This hotel is in a great location, with shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There’s no kettle in the room but you can get coffees or hot water from the bar. The staff are super- helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Buenos Aires
