Everything was terrific. Great property, beautiful views, clean - clean - clean, terrific breakfast, wonderful staff, great pool and work-out room (but your work-out should be in the mountains of Patagonia), walking distance of Center of Bariloche. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable. If you are thinking of staying here - DO IT!!!
Did not eat dinner in the dining room - no comment on that aspect.
Lovely venue overlooking the lake worthy of a 3 or 4-night stay. Unfortunately, I was only there overnight.
Built into a hill this hotel has accommodation on 4 levels. Whilst Inwas transported up to Level 4 with my case by minibus, coming down to the restaurant and back up e him on foot was quite a struggle - so not suitable for the elderly and generally unfit.
The hotel is centrally located, the rooms are large and comfy. the staff is very supportive.
Breakfast if excellent. The food in the hotel is good. However there are excellent restaurants near by with outstanding steaks and good wine.
The Hotel Panarmericano was very well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable and we had a great view of the lake. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were friendly and worked very hard to help us set-up excursions and provided great advise about re-arranging our travel itinerary when we could not get bus tickets to Valdivia, Chile. I highly recommend this hotel.
I transferred from another hotel so was a bit familiar with the city. I felt the that the price of the hotel was a bit steep. I requested a room facing the street/lake with a view but got one on the second floor showing a courtyard and walland another building. Was told that there were no more rooms available so I went on line a few times that day and sure enough there were rooms? The bathroom was exceptional with a deep jet tub for relaxing muscles after a day hiking.

The hotel is centrally located and the staff and breakfast are very good. The downside is the hotel is located on a busy street in the city center with minimal soundproofing - especially if you need to keep a window open for fresh air.
