My room was great. The only problem I had was the breakfast buffet the food was cool so I had to take it to my room to warm it up.

This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The staff was wonderful, the room was perfect and breakfast was great.

The hotel was a standard Marriott, dependable, clean, and friendly staff. I have no issues with our stay, everything was as expected and great. My only ding on my review is something the hotel cannot control and that is the area surrounding it, Dover is a dump of a city and honestly felt unsafe at points.

Okay stay
The women at the front desk were so nice and got me extra towels etc. However the first night they didn't have enough cards for me to get a key to my room. I was surprised never had that before. The couch was fully sagged in badly with stains, stains were also on the desk chair and the kitchen chairs were dirty I had to soap them down. The bed was comfortable and the pool was good. Overall not bad but not what I would expect from a 3 star hotel

The hotel was close to the Dover International Speedway; the Bally's Dover Casino & Resort; and close to some really good restaurants & attractions. The room was set-up really nice; it was spacious with seating & it had a little kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable also. The only thing that was not typical was that the bathroom only had a half roll of toilet paper left and no small bottles of hand lotion. Other than that, the hotel stay was really nice.

I had a very late check in and the front desk staff was still very friendly and helpful to me. The room was clean and less than a 3 min drive in either direction there are lots of food options and shopping to do. It was a great choice for the weekend.

Bathroom renovation needed. Wallpaper & tile all shot. Curtain shower a foot too short making it impossible to keep a flood off the floor. Nasty mold in the corners in front of the tub. All faucet hardware shot. Bathroom sink would barely drain.

Everything was great except the bathroom shower head was broken. Only one jet worked, rest were clogged, was liked getting pelted by a fire hose, hurts…

The hotel staff were very friendly… BUT… the hot tub was disgusting, my shower curtain rod was broke, no vent in bathroom, and pull out bed was broke ! They should have given me some refund but got little waters instead. Will NOT go back there.

This was my first time staying at a Residence Inn. It was tucked away behind the Fairfield Inn (also owned by Marriot) and it was difficult to see directly from the road. However, once inside, we were greeted by an exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. I explained that I was there to visit my sick father in the hospital which the front desk person empathized. I really appreciated this. The place was clean, holiday decorated and felt safe. Breakfast was delicious and warm. Breakfast staff was very helpful! This trip I couldn't enjoy the pool, but I could see it. I will definitely return. Already told my family that I loved this place and recommended the Inn to others! Thanks again for your hospitality!
