“If you must stay in Dortmund, you could do worse...”

I mainly picked this hotel because it offered free Wi-fi, unfortunately when I arrived at the hotel the wi-fi was not working, and no engineer was on site to help fix it! However, it was clean, comfortable, not terribly expensive and had a restaurant (open till 10pm) and bar (open later).

“Not good for a few hours stay avoid it”

We booked this to take a very early easyjet flight, we got there at 1:30 am we booked the option fly and breakfast and according to expedia BB was served from 4:30am to 6:30am when we got there at 5:45 the reception told us that we should book this in advance. We already told them we are leaving at 6 and when you see a booking with BB you should ask the customer when they want to have BB, so you can have it ready for them. The room was ok but very very cold they left windows open so we coudn't sleep or stay in the room whith out a jacket. We did told them uppon arrival, they said to turn on the heating but was not working the water was not hot to heat the room. NOT GOOD avoid it.
