“We will return”

The hotel was excellent providing everything we required and more. It is well placed for the BIC where we were headed for our evening and we enjoyed the bar and bar meals before our show. The leisure facilities were lovely and we had a luxurious afternoon enjoying them. The breakfast was also excellent - one of the best I have had in a hotel.

“Friendly but very basic, needs signficant investment.”

Although the staff were very friendly and efficent the hotel appeared to be in need of some serious TLC. Parking proved to be the first challenge as there was not enough spaces for the size of the hotel and therefore ended up paying another hotel for overnight off road parking. As someone who stays in hotels frequently through business travel I would class this hotel as a 2 star and not the 3 star as advertised.

“Bournemouth Rat Hole”

This hotel is a rat hole. Avoid this hotel, dirty and nasty. Elevator doesn't work. Hot with no Air Conditioning. Noisy with lots of street noise. Worse hotel experience ever!!
