A lovely convenient hotel on the sea front. Room was spacious enough and over looked the fairground in front of it. But you could also see the beach and sea from our window too. Nice complimentary bottles of water and biscuits with our tea and coffee facilities in the room. All replenished again for the second day. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. Great value for the room. No parking available right next to it so had to park in the main Pavilion car park which is a bit of a walk away (for me anyway). No lift as it’s an old building. This is our second visit and we’ll definitely be staying there again.

January 2 nights
I was given a free parking card. Street parking, plenty of space as mid January. Nice clean sea view room. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Always a pleasure to stay here.

Nothing like laying in bed and looking up at a 4”soil pipe and hearing foul waste going through it, also the maids cleaning the other rooms with the hoover going at 7.30am on a sunday was not what we needed after a late night.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. The older property was well kept and clean and our room was very comfortable. It was a long haul for two seniors carrying luggage up to the fourth floor, but staff did offer to assist and we declined the help…which we regretted!

Lovely overnight stay. Was a bit concerned about noise from carousel in front of hotel but it turned off and packed up for the night nice and early. Easy check in and service.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was great nothing to complain about. Lots of tea and coffee sachets provided for guests in a lovely box. View was nice arcade was blocking it but was still beautiful! This hotel is right by the arcade and pavilion car park end. Very short walk to the shops etc. We had a lovely hot chocolate from the hotel! All staff that I had spoke to were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be staying here again!
