“Can't wait to come back in Summer”

We booked this hotel based predominantly on reviews and the location of the hotel. From the moment we checked in (which I must add was extremely efficient) we were very happy with our choice. The lobby and hallways were clean and modern and smelled lovely and fresh. Our room was spacious with lovely decor and a very comfortable bed. It was much cleaner than most hotels I have stayed in. The toiletries provided were of a high standard. The air conditioning in the room was also appreciated (necessary in such weather) instead of the hotel chosing it for you. Free broadband provided in the room was great and came in handy - other hotels usually charge for the convenience because they can. Housekeeping came on a daily basis and were accommodating when we asked for them to come back. Breakfast was fresh each morning even though we got there long after service had begun. Prices at the bar very reasonable. Throughout our stay the staff were always geniunely friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. We felt like they were old friends by the time we left. Checkout was as just as efficient as the check-in and it was very sad to leave. Overall this was definitely the best hotel I have stayed in for a long time. The only thing I did miss (but definitley doesn't change my opinion) was a fridge in the room.

“Very nice hotel”

Very nice location. Stylish, clean and comfortable. The only issue is that the shower area is not properly isolates in the bathroom. Very close to the beach and other place. Will definitely stay there again when I go to Bournemouth.

“Great hotel”

I was pleasantly surprised to find this is a new, very clean hotel which is only about eight minutes from Bournemouth Pier / shopping and would certainly recommend it to others.

Room was very clean & comfortable, also a good size. Could see the sea from our window! Service was excellent, staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfasts were great - kept us going all day. They also served buffet lunches & bar snacks in the evening. Location was great for beach, town & theatre. A lovely hotel - would go there again.

“Highly recommended”

Rooms are modern and specefull. Hotel is conveniently located, close to the beach and the nightlife district, yet rooms are nicely isolated and you can sleep undisturbed. Staff is incredible attentive, far above the standard for this type of hotel. The breakfast buffet is also very good, with plenty of choice over continental and English dishes. I hope to return very soon.

“Excellent hotel”

We visited in April 2007 and honestly can not fault this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous at all times, and the room was very clean with good facilities. For a 'budget' hotel we could not fault it. Plus, it is a pleasant 10 minute stroll into Bournemouth town centre and there are bus stops very near for trips further afield.

The hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was very good. It would have been nice if the hotel offer an evening meal.

“short stay bournemouth”

We were flying out of Bournemouth early in the morning and needed a place for an overnight stay. The hotel is handily located - central to the town centre and beach front. The room was very comfortable, excepting the flooring which was a little cold underfoot (take slippers!). The staff were very helpful, even arranging breakfast for us to take at 3am. Would stay again.
