“Absolutely wonderful!”

Staff were exceptional & room was superb with the added benefit of a good sized balcony with 2 sets of double doors leading off. Excellent room facilities from the dvd player, good quality hairdryer to the coffee machine! Will definitley be coming back - In my opionion better than all the FJB hotels

“Great location and classic style”

This is an excellent hotel, with super rooms, great food and set just a 100yds from the harbour front in Poole. There's just enough parking and you can walk everywhere in Poole from the hotel. Lots of great and lively bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Just double check what room you are allocated on arrival, we booked a double bed and got two singles pushed together to look like a double until you pulled the cover back...

“Good for a treat!”

We really enjoyed our stay - fantastic service, excellent food. Expensive, but well worth it for a treat! Location is ideal for exploring Poole and Poole Harbour.

“Worth considering”

Spent one night at hotel. Had a couple of snags on check-in (given upgrade but lost room feature; bisto booking changed) by both issues sorted quickly by hotel staff. Had lovely evening in bistro where food good and service OK. Would go back if staying in Poole.
