“Value and quality”
Great value for money, lovely big room, clean , good breakfast ,friendly, lovely pool
“OK if you don't mind the cold”
Room was OK, reasonably big for UK and flat screen TV with digital channels. Problem was it was freezing in the room, this was a family room as we had a 10 week old baby with us... The heating went off overnight and the single glazed windows didn't keep the cold out at all, it was a joke, especially as housekeeping left the windows open when it was 3 degrees outside during the day. I complained on check-out to be told the heating is off 11PM-6AM and I could have had a heater if I'd asked, so basically they save money on heating overnight unless you complain... What good customer service.
“Would return without hesitation”
Very good value for a three star hotel. The staff were attentive, bearing in mind they had a large wedding party to contend with during our one night stay. Rooms were very clean and bright, breakfast was extremely good considering how bad some buffet breakfasts can be in 4 & 5 star hotels. My party had 5 rooms. ideal location for beach. Car parking was difficult due to the wedding reception however our group double parked into each other without impacting other users, therefore no problem. A plus point this hotel allowed a one night booking for a Saturday where manyother hotels in the Bournemouth would not, another plus. Recommended to fellow travellers
“DON'T BELEIVE WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES !”
I booked this hotel for a weekend get away for my birthday. After seeing the nice pictures and mostly good reviews i was looking forward to it. When arriving the lobby looked very nice and modern, plenty of parking and helpful staff. Got into the room and basic wasnt the word. VERY dated decor, hard and uncomfortable bed. Bathroom was small and windows full of condensation. TV was tiny and had hardly any reception. Made the best of it. nice walking distence to along the beach into town. Breakfast was buffet style and fine for what it was. However the parking became an issue that evening as they had a function on and people decided to take up two spaces. when reception we're told of this they made no effort to ask these people to move their cars so we ended up parking on the street. Add to that the noise of doors crashing and banging at all hours i couldnt wait to leave the next day. I would NOT recommend anyone to stay here who wishes to have a relaxing weekend. This hotel is fine for just somewhere to lay your head but then i would recomend a travel lodge.
“accueil prévenant, excellente réactivité”
nous n'avons manqué de rien , au moindre incident : le personel s'est mobilisé, restauration très honnête , un bonne partie du personnel est français, espagnol, allemand, ... tres bonne situation par rapport a la mer et surtout au moyen d'accèder a la plage . centre ville a 15 mns a pied
